Loved: The location. Right in the middle of Valletta. The size of the room. Very comfortable, huge, bed. General amenities - fridge, coffeemaker, bathrobes, etc. The price - very reasonable!

Didn't love: No windows. Either open the French doors and risk safety or privacy, or stay in the dark. Shower could be cleaner. The sink was weird and splashy.

The room was modern and spacious. There was a cleaning service each day, which was nice. Bed is super comfy. The location is perfect, just in the very center of the downtown. The elevator was not working, so I was offered a free ride from the airport, which was also great.

The room did not have windows, which was quite problematic. Basically the door serves as a window. Hardly any daylight, the door is looking into the patio where the restaurant's kitchen is. The noise was coming from the restaurant each night, so it was difficult for me to fall asleep. Continental breakfast was really basic. Certain spots in the shower do need proper cleaning.

It is in the city center, so everything in Valetta is nearby. Rooms very nice and bed was comfortable. Even though it was in the very heart of the city it was not nosy.

Our room haven't had window, just a door and it almost felt like you enter it from the balcony. It was not a big deal, but just a bit of a strange feeling. Our neighbors had the same thing, so we could hear them sometimes - because you need to have door open for the fresh air to enter. There are also blinders on the door, so you can have some privacy, but then you block the only source of natural light. Also, the sink in the bathroom was a bit strange - very modern but not too functional since the distance between the sink and the tap was very narrow, and water would splash everywhere. Again, not a big deal.

Located on one of the main streets of central Valletta means that it's an ideal location to see and do everything. Additionally the staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating.

Because you're located on one of the main streets, with a restaurant right outdoor playing live music, it can get noisy in the evening/night. Thankfully the staff were kind enough to provide a room on the second floor and away from the main street, so it was never an issue.

The room was very nice and clean. Room service available. The receptionist was not always available. There was no window, only doors to a tiny courtyard. Neverhteless, I liked the room. I did not used the facility for breakfast, there was a supermarket nearby, which was more convenient. It was a bit noisy in the morning, becasue of shops and restaurants on the ground floor or in adjacent buildings.

I did not like the view, as there was none.

It must be remembered for the guest hotels they are not same as Hotels as there are no hotel facilities i.e. 24-hour reception restaurant etc

The lift had been out of order for some time. I pre requested a quiet room as I am an older gentleman so they gave me a room on the fifth floor. I complained and they moved to the second. NOTE all standard double rooms do not have an outside window just an interior window which is situated within the door itself so when you open it the whole world can look in your room there is no extractor fan so you have to put up with all the stale air from the previous occupant. I complained and was given a room with a outside window. But had to pay more. There was a bar a few doors down which played loud music every night till about 10 pm which was disturbing

Great location, great room, very nice staff. More USB ports would be nice. Overall, definitely stay here! Great for the price and very nice and cozy.

Shower leaked into the bathroom a little bit and rug needed to be vacuumed. The complementry breakfast could offer a little more and could be explained more on where to get the breakfast. It is actually across the street.

Very comfortable bed and room with beautiful furnitures. Quite spacious, not humid, perfectly heated and amazing shower. Very clean and great service from the staff.

When opening the main door to the room 502, the view to the cathedral is obstructed by a white fence. This is too bad, thd view could be much nicer on the city. Also, there are some smells coming from the kitchen of the restaurant which could be removed thanks to a better made air system.

Great central location with many attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very modern and had everything necessary. Staff was friendly based on the limited interactions we had.

Room could be better ventilated but that was a very small con. You can hear the noise from the hallway quite well so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs (thankfully people on our floor were pretty quiet).

Very cosy little hotel, the receptionist was lovely (they do not operate 24/7, just as a side note, although this did not pose any problems for us) and the bed was very comfy! It is situated in a lovely area in Valletta, with many restaurants and bars super close by, there is even a restaurant just under/ outside it!

Only downside I would say, is that our room did not have any windows apart from a small window attached to the front door of the room, overlooking an internal courtyard. It was well covered with a sheer curtain, so privacy wasn't much of an issue, although you'd have to keep this open for some room ventilation.
