There is so much to like about the Iniala Harbour House. It was by far our best hotel experience anywhere. First, I was impressed with how sincere and helpful all of the staff truly were. All of them to a person were more than happy to serve us. No one had a painted-on smile, and they were extremely helpful in every respect, whether recommending things to see, arranging drivers, helping me get a doctor for a minor health issue, bringing room service, and tidying up our room. I have no doubt that they all underwent a rigorous screening process when hired. We felt in good hands during our entire stay. The food at the hotel was the very best anywhere. The Iniala Harbour House has a Michelin star restaurant, and every dish there was mind-blowingly excellent. I never thought that even such simple dishes like tomato soup and buttermilk pancakes could be so good. Even accounting for the fact that the chefs are using the very best quality ingredients, they must be working some kind of magic on their food. Our six days at the Iniala Harbour House featured our very, very best cuisine experience. We loved our room. The view even on the street side was charming. The ceiling was nearly twice as high as the standard, so we certainly did not feel claustrophobic. The bed and pillows were just right, so I got the best sleep in many years. Even my smartwatch attested to this as it showed my heartrate making new records lows over several nights. The location could not be better. The front and the restaurant have a sweeping view of the picturesque bay. The street-side view is charming as well. All of Valletta is within easy walking distance, and one could easily spend a couple days just walking around there before venturing out into Malta at large. If you like history, art, architecture, and photography, then Valletta is for you. I don’t see how anyone could regret staying at a place like the Iniala Harbour Hotel. We will definitely be coming back sooner or later.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

The food was unbelievable, The hotel is a gem. The room was really more than we expected for the price. The spa was very good. Our cab driver had a hard time finding it but the location is within walking of the old city. There are a lot of steps up to the old city so best not stay here if you are impaired.

I would have wished to know that the hotel restaurant has a Michelin star and you have to book well ahead. Also there was a small flashing light around the TV all night long that irritated me. Other than that it was exceptional..

Excellent and very courteous staff. They are the soul of this place. Great attention to detail. Good cleaning. Very well located. Good room facilities. Lovely view from the tub. Excellent service at the spa. World class restaurant with an excellent 13 or 14 course tasting menu and the best drinks pairings (even though we were consuming non-alcoholic beverages by choice). I appreciated that attention to detail. Nice turndown service the first day. The outside of the back of the hotel is beautiful. Great lighting options.Well sized toiletries.

A private or indoor entrance from suite to spa would be great for privacy instead of guests having to walk outside to spa. A wider selection for in room dining would be nice and longer times for breakfast. More hooks to hang bathroom towels would be nice. Turn down service could have been better the last 2 days with some complimentary chocolate.

I've booked a room to celebrate my husband's b-day. Staff were cheerful and friendly from check-in to check-out. They've even prepared a little surprise for my husband in the room. Lovely view from the room, we could just enjoy the view with the AC on in the room. We had a memorable dinner at the ION, amazing food, highly recommended. The price of the room not only includes a bottle of house wine at ION, but also a massage session at their spa for both of us, and a personal training session (which we did not manage to use due to our schedule). The turndown service in the evening was also a plus.

The size of the studio was a little bit small, so with all the furniture in there and with our luggage, it felt a bit crowded. Would have preferred it to be slightly more spacious, but was ok. I guess with the size of the bed, one has to accept the sacrifice of space.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed. Upon checkout, I saw Forbes Outstanding plaque on the wall and was informed by the staff that this is the only hotel rated Outstanding in Malta and one of only 39 in Europe! Service is excellent. We travelled with an 11 month old baby but not once did I feel challenged around the hotel. It is so clean and everyone is helpful. We had to call the room service several times to heat our baby’s food and whenever we called them, they were literally at the door in less than 2 minutes. Location is superb as well. It is at walking distance from all the restaurants and pubs and the ferry terminal is just around the corner. Breakfast is amazing with an incredible view.

If I really had to pick.. it would be the gym located in a separate building across the street. It would have been nice to have a view from the gym as well but this is me being very very picky.

This is an amazing boutique hotel - as featured in Mr and Mrs Smith and has won an assortment of awards. We booked a suite. We loved the reception, lobby and spa.

There was a major issue in Valetta with power cuts and despite it being 34 degrees our suite had NO aircon. This made for a very very uncomfortable night. The hotel already agreed to refund the entire cost of the stay, and the staff especially Kriza (duty manager) we’re exceptional. They agreed to a full refund, organised our transfer the next morning and despite the challenges made our short stay bearable, because of their professionalism and support.

The experience was magical. The location is convenient and has a great view of the Harbour. Wonderful staff ensured that the room was not only clean but also smelt divine. Great assortment of amenities, drinks and snacks were available as part of the room and the room was basically an immaculate apartment. The restaurant accompanying the hotel serves food fit for royalty. Simply unforgettable experience.

The switches to control the temperature, lights, floor heating and intercom were a little convoluted and a simple guide may have been helpful.

Hotel staff are amazing, you get greeted by name, and shown to your room. The decor / renovation of the building is beautiful. The fittings and finishes are top quality. Especially liked the walk in shower "room" with 2 rainforest heads, more than big enough for two to shower at once. My wife wanted to move in just because of the shower. Location on the water front is great, get a room with a balcony and sit with a drink and watch the harbour. The basement mosaic tiled swimming pool is great - the hotel is small so we didn't see another person during our 4 day stay, was like a private pool.

We didn't eat at the restaurant as was a Michelin star place which was a little fussy for our tastes, but there are plenty of places to walk to and eat whatever you want.

Lovely location and great equipped gym.

Post check-out service. Had the sense that once the bill was paid, so was the nice treatment by the desk staff. I brought a college with me when I collected my luggage and was made to wait for "someone else" to get it despite having sat and enjoyed a drink (we paid for) in the lounge. Ended up insisting after 15 minuets we REALLY needed to leave and could we please have my luggage. Was a bit of shame after a super time and excellent desk service to find hair dressers etc.

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the Grand Harbour The room (more like an apartment) was spacious, being top class Only a very short walk to the main streets in Valetta and transport to the Three Cities We had a wonderful meal in the Michelin restaurant of the hotel The breakfasts were also really good The staff were friendly, responsive and informative Highly recommended - memorable experience
