The breakfast was very good. The location of the Hotel is in one of the most central parts of the city. The Hotel's facilities were very good to excellent, but what made our stay special was its amazing staff, who were always smiling and willing to deal with any problems that arose and there were quite a few. However, everything was resolved immediately with the mediation of all the employees in the area, but especially JORDANAS, who proved to be our "Guardian Angel" during our stay at the Hotel!

The windows (rainwater was getting in), the showers (the bathroom was flooding) and the air conditioning (which, in our friend's room, didn't work for a whole night in the winter) should be repaired immediately. However, most problems, which could be solved immediately, were solved with the intervention of the staff and especially the wonderful JORDANAS from the reception.

the place is centrally located in Valletta, lovely designed and close to the best touristic attractions. Very comfortable beds, hotel far from noisy areas.

Great service and professional staff. Very close to the Valletta ferries, the St John Cathedral and the bus terminal. Recommended!

The breakfast was perfect, the staff very friendly, and everything was clean. The hotel's ambience is very nice. The location was perfect, only a street down the main's. Easy to find.

Unfortunately we initially only received one room card for two people. They provided another card after multiple requests. I accidentally left my card inside the room, as my roommate wasn't in town, and the card he later received denied us access. We called the hotel's staff for assistance and it was quickly solved, but could've been different from the very beginning by providing us two perfect working room cards, or the pin code to the door.

The reception area was spotlessly clean and stylish and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in one of the apartments which was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and full of character. The location was perfect for exploring Valletta and accessing transport further afield.

There were only 4 small tables in the breakfast room which is on the first floor so when the tables were all occupied it was necessary to sit at a table in the stairwell or in the reception area.

The location is splendid, the interior design of the building and my room was awesome. So fresh, modern and clean. Great bed, TV and bathroom. It was very good to have cold water in the reception area always available to drink for guests. The breakfast was very good and very nice breakfast staff - namaste! Jordana in the reception was amazing, from the start with her welcoming messages when I booked until the end. So nice, friendly and helpful! Thank you Jordana for your smile! I recommend Mulberry Suites, 2 minutes from the main street and few minutes from ferry options. I felt safe. I would stay there again!

I liked everything, but I have a few points to improve the experience for the the price range of Mulberry Suites: An empty mini fridge in the room could have been a perfect addition. Also a bathrope and slippers. A 24 hours reception, or at least reception staff from morning until midnight might be nice. I think a low table or the steel thing you can open or close with straps for a suitcase, should be in the room, I did not like having it on the floor when I was packing my 20 kilos!

Set in good location most things I wanted was within 20 minutes of walking if you don't mind a bit of ahill

Being British I like to wake up to a cup of tea or coffee.tgis is the first place I have ever stayed where there was no kettle or tea coffee milk and sugar in the room. Also was not expecting the maid to be working new years day. So could have done without the room being cleaned at 8.30 after a night of over celebrating. Would have been nice to have a bar at the place too.

The location was superb as it was so close to both main streets where you can walk and dine. It was very easy to walk around the city and reach the main bus area. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind at all times. Especially Jordana at the front desk helped us a lot with her suggestions and recommendations. The room was spacious, especially with the high ceiling. I didn't feel suffocated as I feel in many hotel rooms. We could also open the windows which is definitely a plus in my opinion. The power outlets were different but the bed stand has usb outlet so you can charge your stuff or ask for the extra plug from the front desk.There was no hairdryer in the room but they provide one when you ask.

Even though the room and the bathroom were really nice, having no curtain or a glass separator for the shower was quite problematic. Although we refrained from using the head shower and used the hand set instead, the bathroom floor turned into a pond after each shower. The water came into the room once. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it harder for the pond to disappear. The windows need bars or mosquito nets so that you can leave them open for fresh air and ventilation. I think the breakfast could be a little better if they didn't put the cheese in small portions, 3-4 pieces. Cheese and bread were the only things that I could eat as I don't eat cold meat

The location is superb in the very heart of Valletta. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They managed to solve some problems alright, and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The beds are comfortable. 24/7 access to a coffee machine was also very nice!

On the downside, you could mention the tiny restaurant, the size of a kitchen in a house, and breakfast that could be better. That said, however, it was very clean and the breakfast staff was very helpful, too.

Great hotel and excellent location. It was close to everything! Basic breakfast but there was a coffee machine available 24/7. The building is beautifully renovated, we loved it! Very helpful staff as well! Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities.

The only negative aspect was that in my room (single room) the bathroom is part of the room and it is separated by the rest of the room by a slim piece of glass, there is no door. At the same time, in the “bathroom” there is no drain on the floor. So, every time that I took a shower the room flooded…
