Sandy (working at the Front Desk reception) was wonderful. She was attentive, knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She helped me and advised me during my 3 day stay in Mexico City and helped me get taxis where necessary. The hotel was lovely – a really good large spacious room. Very clean and well looked after. Only problem was that as a tourist and a solo female traveller, I was told by taxi driver and receptionists, it was not a good idea to walk around the area when dark which did limit me slightly when wanting to walk back from the zocalo (approx. 10 mins away) and advised to use taxis. The area is safe but only locals live there and hence not used to tourists in the location and which was why I was given the warning. However during the day/in the evenings, there is a really good flea market with good street food throughout the day. Thank you to Sandy and other receptionists for a welcoming stay in CDMX.

Shower not so good – there was hot water but minimal water coming out of shower head and sink. Location is 10 mins walk from zocalo however not a tourist area and limited slightly as a solo female traveller

Central, clean and great value for money!

The Doors towards the corridor are not very soundproof, for light sleepers I recommend ear plugs.

Excellent bed. Super comfy. The size of the room was fine, the location.is great.

The staff working at 7 am and after made top much noise, which was aweful!

the view is always beautiful when staying here. good security too because at night it can be a little uneasy outside. breakfast is good too! which is included in the stay. each room comes with a mini fridge and snacks, drinks and toiletries at an extra cost (a dollar or less).

i wish it had room service food wise. some times it’s a pain to order food from other places and have it delivered. since the staff cook has a good seasoning, I would believe if they offered lunch and dinner options it would be good.

It was in a pretty good location with a little market outside. Easy 10 min walk to central square. no decent restaurants close but good street food.

the area is a little rough at night

This property is a gem 💎 great location, private parking and a wonderful staff! Everything was great and it even included breakfast.

I went there by accident after my flight delay and my lugage was lost. I wanted to spend just a night close to the airport and for a reasonable price. I spent there 3 days! :) Crazy good local food just across the square. I will come back!!!

Very clean, big spacious room I asked for the first floor and they listen to me The only thing, it’s the location, for me been alone, it was scary to come back in the dark in such weird neighborhood,

Nice and clean place. Great for the price. 20-minute commute to the airport.

The hotel can be hard to find if you're driving.

nice big room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, fairly good internet connection. All round great value for money. Able to walk to the historic centre.

shower could have been slightly more powerful but it's not the worst I have used at all.
