Loved this place! Even before we got there the communication with staff told me this place was special! Then when we got there it was one of the most beautiful modern hotels I've ever stayed in. Really gorgeous architecture combined with jungley plants to soften the feel. And then when I opened the fridge and found the complementary local microbrews I swooned! The beds were very comfortable and hypo-allergenic. The coffee shop and staff was really great too. And the activities that were organized for guests were truly special. We made such fantastic family memories there!

I've just got to say it - people like a solid door to the toilet. I think this is a place where the architecture needs to be compromised and the frosted glass needs to be replaced with something that goes from the floor up and can't be seen through. Also - don't expect the area to be quiet. Bring earplugs and a chill attitude.

great position, easy walk to the beach and main street, nice sized room, cafe down stairs only open till early afternoon, front desk mostly nice and kind but variable , nice pool and roof top spa excellent with great view

considering we paid for two rooms for 2 and four days when we had to cancel one night then the manager could have made some concession/discopunt

This hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for - quiet, small, quaint. Our room had a staircase that led up to the roof which gave us direct access to one of the 2 hot tubs. The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was beautiful and the pools and lounge areas were spotless and very nice.

The only thing I didn't like (and this is in a lot of places in Mexico) is the toilet has a door but not full height. So be warned this is one of those types of places, it's like being in a public washroom. I prefer privacy in the toilet!

A dreamy hotel in a charming little beach town. Just far enough away from the main drag for a tranquil vibe but still close enough for easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are gorgeous and the early-opening coffee shop is great for when you have to do some work. Especially if Mocha is there.

An in-room coffee machine would be nice.

I love the esthetic of the hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, the pool was amazing as well as the VIEWS from the roof top hot tub was a great surprise. Would love to stay again

We had a small issue with the shower window. It wouldn't close the entire stay. The last night we were there a gecko crawled into the shower area which I knew would happen if we didn't close the window. It was gone, we think, in the morning. But it was fine.

This small boutique hotel boasts spacious, nicely appointed rooms; beautiful swimming pool on the ground floor and two large jacuzzis with views of the mts on the terrace. Catalina and Jonathan were attentive and friendly. It's at the quiet end of a side street, close enough to everything but just far enough to be peaceful. We're quite sure it's the best hotel in San Pancho, and we plan to return!

We would have liked a coffee maker in the room, even if we would get coffee later at the little adjacent cafe as as we went on our way in the morning. The pitcher of drinking water in the room is lovely; I only suggest filling it up with more water.

The location of this property is perfect. This hotel is away from the main road, and it is quiet but convenient enough to walk to the beach in about 5-7 minutes. The rooms are charming and well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool on the first floor, the rooftop lounge area, and rooftop hot tubs.

When we checked in, the staff was not very informative, and I don't like that you are only given one key. The staff didn't seem very attentive or have a high level of customer service. Also, I wish the rooms provided more than just a body and beach towel. I suggest having at least a hand towel or washcloths for your guests.

The location was well situated just outside of the main downtown area, easy walking distance to shops, food and the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the staff, especially Marcos were great.

Roosters and dogs around hotel were loud in the middle of the night. Payment was requested in pesos only rather than card (they did give us a heads up a day prior to us arriving). As a result, we had to use the cash machine onsite with bank charges costing over $50+ to pay for three nights.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location - very quiet except for the ubiquitous roosters. Easy walk to the main street and the beach. Huge rooms with oversized showers. Great bed. Lovely rooftop terrace. Work areas. Good wifi. Cute coffee shop. I cannot stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff are - they went above and beyond for us and fixed the flat tire we got. Seriously.

Very impressed with this boutique hotel. - The location is excellent, just steps away from all the shops and restaurants in the town. A few metres from an Oxxo as well. - The rooms were very generous in size, minimalist in style but still had enough decor to not feel empty, and loved the real plants. - The amenities in the room like a fan, robes, AC, Smart TV with streaming, nice lotions/soaps, vase of water, oversized fridge, etc were much appreciated. - The common areas are very trendy and cute, pool is lovely - Loved the on-site cafe for breakfast and lunch. Tons of options.

Wi-Fi needs improvement. I realize it's a San Pancho thing and not really under the hotels control, but the Wi-Fi really does need to be stronger.
