Staff: Friendly and very helpful. Location: Ideal being right on the beach. Away from the town noise, a fairly quite location and easy walk to town. Room: Fairly basic but nice to have a fridge and cooktop. Wi-Fi was good even down on the beach. AC worked very well. Nice shower pressure and great hot water. Nice small patio off of room for reading or sitting around. Fairly quiet complex expect on weekends when wedding parties are held next door. Free parking for our car was great. Beach area close to hotel cleaned daily.

Difficult to find hotel location at night, limited signage (even using Google). Breakfast portions & taste were inconsistent from day to day. Would have preferred more than 3 options especially when staying a week. Sidewalks around building and pool could be washed on a regular basis as there is a lot of bird feces that is easily trekked into your room. Rooms showed wear & tear. Window coverings, towels and bedding often stained. Bed too firm. Beach chairs uncomfortable. Rocky beach right in front of hotel.

Excellent location right on the beach. Huge heated pool very well landscaped. Spacious room with very tasteful decor. Ample hot water. Adequate breakfast. Loved the constant availability of free drinking water.

I hate having to wear guest bracelets but at least it was formed of soft fabric rather than plastic. Huge balcony but so surrounded by tropical growth and being ground floor it got no sunlight at all. Would be tricky in mosquito season. No hand held shower. Not a problem for me but my wife not so keen on wetting her hair every shower. Bathroom clearly designed for tall people. Rendered mirror so far away it made shaving difficult. Why not fit a shaving mirror (useful for make up too)? We are suspicious that a dodgy prawn in a seafood taco at the bar gave my wife food poisoning. No evidence of course and not necessarily the kitchen's fault either.

It was a clean bright room on a lovely beach, in a somewhat dated resort. We were given a room which we were not happy with (we expected an ocean-view room and instead were given a room with trees around the balcony making it all rather dark; the front desk told us that ocean-view referred to the resort and not necessarily our room, but we were moved to a second-floor room near the beach which was so much better). We have a nice time, and would stay again.

There was tremendous noise from wedding parties at the resort next door, but these finished by 11pm so not a problem. The included breakfast was pretty bland (if your budget allows, better off going elsewhere to enjoy your meal), but the location right on the beach was fantastic. The staff was generally kind, but not really attentive enough, and missed that extra touch which would make the stay so much better.

The rooms were very comfortable slept really well and nice Size with balcony. The pool was lovely and so nice it was slightly heated. The location was great right on beach, close enough to town to get to action but far enough away it was quiet. Had ac bit didn't use as there were fans which we found perfect in December. The prawn ceviche was also amazing and drinks reasonably priced.

Only two small things really. 1) breakfast is fairly basic, we enjoyed the ciquillas but the other options weren't brilliant but didn't bother us we ate it half of the time and went out to some of the amazing other options. Not enough sunbeds around pool, there was a bit of sunbed wars with people reserving them!! I think about 15 beds for something like 60 rooms! But we did love the big blue pillows in the pool!

Included breakfasts, however the kitchen and chef are very nice. The dish options proposed for breakfast is not exciting, looks poor and what’s the most annoying doesn’t change, so they quickly become boring in a week and when you stay longer you just start skipping them. The reason is that I guess hotel management is trying to save money and still check the box for the included breakfast. My suggestion would be to let the chef do his very nice dishes for the breakfast, that you can order during the day, and have more expensive option for the included breakfast booking or don’t do this breakfast or serve just complementary fruits and coffee in the morning instead of that scarce continental breakfast that only spoils the experience.

The hotel is set up to be very private, only can enter through the lobby so you don’t have non-guests walking through the property. The pool is amazing, large, interesting layout and surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. The room was perfect, nice balcony, comfortable firm bed with pillow topper. Small kitchen to whip up snacks. 2 large fans, I didn’t even use the AC. Wi-Fi was excellent speed and reliable. Staff were super friendly and were eager to help as needed. The location is perfect, close to the action in town, on the beach but very quiet and secluded feeling. I will be back for sure.

Included breakfast was basic, I had it once but chose to go in to town the other mornings for more options. There isn’t a sign out front so at night time arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place. It isn’t that obvious you are at the front of the hotel. Just look for the pink building and there are small signs on the door.

Staff were helpful and nice. Location was amazing right on the beach and super close to the main town. Pool and the beach front area were fantastic and very relaxing, loved having a bar by the pool too. The rooms are super clean and the daily turn down service kept the rooms tip top throughout our stay. On our last day we had a late flight and the hotel accomadated us by giving us a 1pm check out which was a very nice end to the trip. Overall was a super relaxing way to end our trip would highly recommend.

Breakfast had 3 different choices, all average meals but nice to start the day with free breakfast. The wifi cut out often but was bearable. The sand does get in the room easily, obviously being so close to the beach, a broom in every room would be a nice touch to fix that problem, however the cleaners do come in every morning and sweep.

Beautiful fairly new property close to downtown, but out of the noise and crowds. An oasis quality to the place. Lovely pool, rooms and gardens. very friendly and attentive staff. Stall vendor shopping starts just across the street. Main downtown, just a couple blocks south, surf kids, hostels and pizzas, just a block north. Nice kitchen with everything except a microwave.

This is a family friendly (read popular with families). If the sounds of children screaming with delight, or in the midst of a meltdown warms your heal, you’ll love it. If not, be forewarned. The pool is open until 10pm and so are the children. It does take the edge off the oasis quality.

beautiful and centrally located. There were some parties a couple nights next door for a wedding but other than that we had a great time. Sayulita has a night life and energy so typically people are not asleep by then anyways. All of the staff, especially the breakfast staff and manager were so lovely and food was delicious. I hope they have a few more new items to try when we go next time. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. Thank you for a lovely thanksgiving, Jamie and Brock

Breakfast was OK, location was great (away from crowds). Room was bright and spacious. Bathroom, bedding and floors were clean. The staff were friendly and courteous.

I did not like opening one of the closet doors to find it infested with flying ants and large ants! After arriving late, we began unpacking to find one of the closets was full of insects. We spent about 15 minutes killing the insects. I am sure that the hotel would have relocated us, but we were not in the mood and just chalked it up to being in a tropical climate. The second and final night saw much fewer insects. Fellow hotel guests did not clear away glasses garbage near the pool area. This made the pool area less inviting.
