Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Everything worked fine, shower, toilet, Wifi, safe etc all were good. Design looks modern and pleasant. Since it's not in the heart of town did not suffer from the loud noise of the bars so better sleep.

Right next to bus station, while it's a pretty easy walk into town, it is not in town nor on the beach so every time you leave your room you are in for a walk. Sayulita is all about the beach or the party buzz of the town.

Location, pool and helpful staff. Location is far enough away from the hectic town to be quiet, but only a 3- 4 minute walk. Room was big. Towels provided for beach which is fantastic. The staff really are great.

Unfortunate smell in our bathroom due to poor plumbing. There is no trap under the sink, just a temporary plastic corrugated pipe which allows the smell to come back up the line. I doubt it's the same in every room.

so many good things to say about this hidden gem and gorgeous accommodating stay in Sayulita! the staff went above on beyond not once, not twice but three times with sincere support and no judgement. they went out of their way to help us! the pool is fun for families wanting to hang by the pool and in the little garden area but it can be noisy since it’s in the courtyard. everything was so so so clean!!! close to the bus stop, you have to use pesos, convenient store next door and kitchens for longer stays, or left overs like us for a short weekend. highly highly recommend this comfortable, accommodating, affordable and spacious rooms vacation spot! safe too, locks the front at night and has someone on duty at all times. we will be back! thanks for the extra help ladies

very convenient and close to the centre

could be very noisy with the pool and also if the clients in the room under is decided to through a party in their room or talk loud. You can hear everything, it’s not really sound proof.

The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our suite was appointed with a kitchenette. The hotel supplied drinking water. The pool was heated. The location next door to the bus depot was perfect! Overall, excellent. A tad pricey, perhaps, but, overall great!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was really nicely decorated and comfortable and easy to get to.

The noise from the road out front was a little loud, but having walked around, there isn’t really a quiet place on Sayulita.

Great location and staff were outstanding!

Room keys could have a much better system. Brighter bathroom lighting especially for the mirror. Our room needed a couple of minor repairs like bathroom door handle and faucet were loose.

Very clean and modern, loved the bright colours of the decor! The location was excellent, it is away from all of the noise that is downtown.

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

everything was great

Hotel was clean, bright and cheerful. A 5 minute walk for us to the edge of the main "downtown" area. Close enough to the action but far enough away to be quiet at night for sleeping.

Key to the door lock was a bit sticky and hard to turn at times.
