All of the staff at El Pueblito were fantastic! From the front desk to the kitchen, to maintenance and housekeeping- everyone was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the front desk staff- and the concierge Lennon who went out of his way to help us when we misplaced our ATM card..THANK YOU LENNON! The Pool was so much fun, and our whole family enjoyed swimming and soaking every day. The food from the kitchen was delicious, and the housekeeping staff always made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We have no serious complaints about our stay at El Pueblito. If there was anything that could be improved it would have been nice to have a few more hooks or bars in our room to hang towels to dry. We enjoyed our room, and found it to be comfortable for our family of four, but the only light in the 'living-room' area was a bright white LED light in the ceiling. It would have been nice if there was a small table lamp or other cozy source of light to use while relaxing and playing cards/games at the table in our room...not a big deal, but something that would have made the room even more enjoyable.

Minimalistic room, but AC and clean. We enjoyed the pool area and that we just walked out of our room and got chairs. We didn't even swim at the beach because of how crowded it was and so many people asking you to buy things. It was nice and calm and we could get drinks and relax. Location is great! Sayulita is not exactly a sleepy beach town and each night there is a fiesta in the Centro. You could walk to the excitement, resturants, beach, or stores and then get away from it all when you were ready. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was great for what we wanted-- a nice base camp for us to explore the town that was affordable and mellow. We visited during low season, so not sure how it is in high season. People looking for more of an exciting scene may think about staying somewhere near the more central area. Sayulita is on more "island time" which we like for vacations, but if you are someone who is more particular-- visiting the area in general may not be for you.

- the staff was really nice and supporting - the internal court with the swimming pool is really nice and stylish - the free yoga classes in the morning are cool - it is close to the centre but really quiet at night - the Botella room is spacious and with a very nice view on the palms and the sunrise

- the bedsheets were dirty when we arrived. However, the staff changed them right away when informed - the bed of our room was incredibly noisy. We woke each other up, every time one turned side at night - the hotel provides red plastic bracelets (same as the Clubs' ones) to go in and out after 11pm and you cannot take it off during your stay. We didn't like them and they also have the name of the hotel so everybody can see where you sleep

The location was perfect being very close to the centre of town without the late night noise. The suite was large with a roomy kitchen, lounge and balcony downstairs and the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Being able to park in the building was a bonus.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work properly when we arrived but was fixed within 24 hours. It surprises me that someone doesn't check that all facilities are working before a new guest arrives to avoid the guest having to complain. It wouldn't take much to eliminate this kind of issue.

This charming established boutique hotel provides a much-needed respite from the fun, yet hectic, hustle-and-bustle of the town-center and beach scene of Sayulita! Enjoy shopping, enjoy the beach, but then return to the hotel's enclosed courtyard, with pool and seating area, to enjoy a calmer relaxing siesta or cooling dip on the pool. The hotel/condo units were spacious and enabled our group of 4 to enjoy individual "alone time".

My one issue is that the kitchen was sparsely appointed - only 3 forks for 4 people? So if you plan to cook a meal (as we did) - then you will struggle with the paucity of items provided. But I will definitely come back and recommend to others!

What a great choice for Sayulita. Locations great in a quiet street about 1 minute from the beach and 4-5 minutes walk from the square. The pool area and cafe are amazing. Really tranquil and colourful. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay in Sayulita.

The property is a great location- just a quick 5 minute walk to downtown but quiet at night. There are plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes or less walk. The courtyard with the pool was nice for lounging. This is a family friendly hotel.

Overall, the property was great for our stay. The beds were a little hard but I’ve found that typical in Mexico.

First room was two medium sized bedrooms right on the pool. Nice rooms, not a lot of privacy. Due to a reservation glitch, after one night moved to two bedroom apartment upstairs. More room than we needed but perfect for a family. Full kitchen - very little eating orcooking equipment. Balcony. Nice bathrooms. We ate the hotel breakfast at the pool and went out to eat. Balconies looked down on pool. Not noisy at night. Pool area was lovely. We loved this hotel and fantasized about bringing our children and grandchildren for a week! Beach is 2 blocks away. Restaurants everywhere. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, spoke English

We liked almost everything. Hotel free coffee was terrible. No bedside reading lights, but that is true in most/all Mexican places. Too much techno-pop played around pool during the day

Location was gray as well as staff. Nice to have a restaurant for breakfast. Was easy to rent a golf carts. Tino transportation from airport was good. Ask for Jessi.

Room is really small with not much storage. Bathroom door didn’t close well.

we loved the location of this property. Enough away from the busy town so it was quiet at night, but just a few short minutes walk to the town and beaches.

The pool is very cold, and it would have been nice to have the hot tub heated if the pool isn’t. Our only negative, and we still got in the pool every day.
