Breakfast was good Varied menu They catered to vegetarian. Staff was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. There were no bugs in March so we could sit outside and enjoy the evening breeze. Kayaks available for free

Poor wifi first few days. Option to eat earlier than 8 am If there were backrests on the kayaks it would have been more comfortable If large water bottles were available we wouldn't have had to use single use plastic.

This hotel is not a 5 star, but it worked for us. We will return. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a dog friendly hotel. We have 2 big pit bulls. 500 peso fee total for the 2 nights there. One free drink upon arrival. The restaurant is really nice and the service was awesome. Coffee was ready before 8am. Loved Jackie and Shamile, day servers. But they all were great. Really nice swimming spot. Free kayak use. Beds were comfy. I slept good. Shower was old, but hot water and great pressure. A/C worked great!! We had the lagoon view room. Pool was great.

Maybe some repairs to be done on the closet shelves. Had to keep clothes in the suitcase. Towel hooks to hang towels on in bathroom.

Near an awesome private lagoon, with free access to the hotel kiaks. Really worth the price!

Location on Lagoon. Restaurant on site. Good service.

No TV or internet in room. Shower water temperature very difficult to control. Access road to hotel needs grading. Limited parking. Hotel is being renovated. Laundry done onsite. No maid service one day.

This is a nice and very basic hotel, it's layback the staff are helpful and friendly. They have a delicious green hot sauce and the access to the lake is nice.

It's basically massively overprice. The pictures are misleading, our room was one of the back rooms (not the ones with the lake view) has mold and humidity smell and stains on the wall, they plug an air freshener to the wall making the room smell unbearable. We had a "Black Friday discount" and we thought we had a good deal for 150 dollars for this hotel (without the all inclusive) and when we got disappointed after seeing it we agree we should be paying half of that, if not less. Toilets are very basic, there is no constant hot water. Food was ok, some plates where good but nothing special, for the price you are better off eating in town that is much cheaper and much nicer as well. The pool looks like a fountain. There was only one paddle board, one kayak, plus two bikes that actually works so very limited for the whole hotel if they say it's included.

The fruit and granola breakfasts were good. The air conditioner worked well. Restaurant staff were friendly

We booked a room with a fridge but there was not one. We took out a kayak and it filled with so much water it became semi submerged. Luckily we were going along the shore so we spent about 30 minutes draining it to get back to the hotel safely. Dinner was not as good as any of the restaurants in the area. We left a day early!
