Position was awesome, right in the 5th awenue. Room was clean and big enough. People were helpfull. Pool was really nice but...

Included breakfast is really poor, always just a scrambled eggs, glass of juice and coffie, and if you want to add anything like ham you need to pay additionally. Even if you want one more glass of juice, it is not permited :( Every day the same for breakfast. Pool was really nice, but they were cleaning it like once a week, so full of leafs and everything... I had a feeling that with just a little effort, this place could be perfect, but they just dont care... Also, one of the most noisy parts of the Playa

The one who respects deserves respect and everyone in the kitchen deserves mine, they work hard to satisfy all the guests, good job. These vacations were programmed for my family to have fun and if they were happy I am too, all the staff especially Alma (Manager) They exceeded expectations, always giving help when we needed it, thank you all for your good work and we hope that we will see each other again soon.

In hotel maintenance I found many details and I would say that a good renovation and details would be very good for a better presentation of the hotel.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the attention of the staff, specially Sergio and Jennifer. Although overall everyone was very kind, from the cleaning to the kitchen staff.

To put, by default, liquid soap all days, not only the first day. It make no sense to do it. Because, If the room is occupied every day by different people, the soap is put every day, but if you rent several nights, you only get the soap on the first day when it would be the same cost.

Excellent location you step out and you are on 5th avenue already, the staff is amazing and helpful in everything we asked of them to do. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach as well. Beautiful pool area. Very accommodating hotel. Breakfast staff and food are great and its all you need to get started for the day and you can also add on extras if you don't want the same thing all over again.

No fridge in rooms, the fridge would be most important to keep your water or drinks cold. A sign by the pool should be put up saying no jumping/running and splashing as if you have a room by the pool, and kids are splashing, the water all ends up at your door and you bring the dirt into your room.

The location was wonderful! The staff is really friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out were very easy, very fast. All was great.

The only thing is that there are no taxis in the area, so we got in from the ADO bus. Since it's in the famous 5th Avenue, the taxis can't run on said street. Be prepared to walk a little. Other than that everything was wonderful

This hotel is right in the middle of the hustle and the bustle. Close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was hard to find the hotel as its kind of hidden without no big sign.

The party on the main road went on till really late. And in my room you could hear the music in the distance. If you’re sensitive – don’t book here. The bathroom did not have a toilet brush, inconvenient if you just need to do a quick clean up after yourself and not leave a mess. Especially if you stay in the room a few days.

My room was facing calle 10 and as I came from east I wanted to sleep quite early what was a problem as there are plenty restaurants on calle 10 and it was very noisy till 1am. The hotel didn’t have quite rooms so they offered me to move to another hotel from their chain what was very helpful. Stuff doesn’t speak English but they are very friendly and helpful. So using a translator in your mobile makes communication quite easy.

The cleanliness of rooms could be better

The owner and staff were all great , very helpful and pleasant throughout. Nice little pool areas (x2). Great location, despite its location on the main strip the atmosphere was very relaxed.

For me, breakfast wasn't the best. Some items were not as expected - I don't like egg, therefore options were very limited

We enjoyed the location all the staff was excellent. The Cafe cook and waiters are so nice and helpful.

It's not that we didn't like just know it's near clubs and we knew that. You will hear the night life on 5th Avenue in your room again it didn't bother us.
