lovely people on reception, nice swimming pool and very nice villas

Breakfast! A set menu with Nothing suitable for vegans!Tea OR coffee, orange juice OR fresh fruits, fried eggs OR scrambled eggs OR cheese course, that’s all! The first morning we were told that we couldn’t have fruit juice AND fruits only one or other despite not being able to eat any of the egg or cheese dishes. we did of course get the juice and fruits but the waitress wasn’t happy! Avoided the restaurant the next morning and on our final morning I just wanted simple toast, not possible! Apparently they are not allowed to vary from the set menu! The restaurant let’s the hotel down.

at the beginning we were a bit worried about the location , cause its next to a road with huge traffic, but infact inside the territory ,you dont hear a bit! * we were surprised by the large two floor room, and it was decorated nice with a kitchen. * the pool was quite large and we enjoyed it. *next to pool theres a restaurant that offers food with good portion sizing. *another highlight is breakfast they offer swedish style breakfast with options . *hotel offers free comfortable car parking right next to the main enterance.

*if you are quite tall , the size of bed might be a problem for you. as my height were 165 cm , it was almost too short for me , the width is good, but the bed itself is short. * shower ameneties were broken and coud not really use them, but we had our own with us , so we did not had really a problem with that.

The room, bed, excellent internet, accommodating staff, comfortable bed, tasty food and cocktails. Superb price quality ratio, if you come working this place is perfect, the rooms have two floors which makes it specially cool in case two people have to work or attend online meetings

minor improvement would be nice if you offer salsas and lemons along with the food at the restaurant, other than that loved the place

Quiet location, close to playa del carmen , xcaret Park and amazing cenotes, but nothing is walking distance, I recomend reting a car. The staff is friendly, the pool is amazing. We stayed in a big room in the second fllor and we had a small kitchen a and living room in the first floor. Overall the room and other facilities are clean and nice decorated. Ac and internet working good in the room.

There was a small pool in our room that we could not use because the water is extremely cold. Not sure if it's because of the pool in the room or it's a common issue there, but the humidity in the room was awful and I had sinusitis issues staying there. The restaurant is crazy slow to attend the customers if the hotel is busy and the breakfast menu is super limited.

We stayed in the std doubled room and in the superior doubled room and we have to say that we preferred the std doubled-room. It is cozier and more practical. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast is also very nice. And the relax area with the swimming pool and jacuzzi is really welcome after an exhausted day of walking. Also for us the location was perfect, next to playa but next to the main road.

We liked the pool, the restaurant and how accessible it was. We were able to check in early and stay at the restaurant with the free breakfast even after checkout. We loved how the room was set up and how we had our own little kitchen area that was not next to the bedroom.

We did not like the sheets they had, they were a little thin and had a rough texture. The water sink tasted a little funny when brushing your teeth.

Lovely pool and spacious room and bathroom. Great balcony and good breakfast. Very handy for the beaches, cenotes and Mayan ruins to the south, and Xcaret.

It’s close to the main road so there is constant traffic noise. The restaurant closes at 5 pm and there are no eateries nearby so you have to go into town or order a takeaway. It wasn’t clear that they wouldn’t clean the room during my stay and they should at least empty the bathroom bin every day.

I like that they are pet friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast included. Away from tourist action in playa. More like an oasis of quiet.

The restaurant staff are not nice nor helpful. I wanted a cup of coffee had missed breakfast by a minute but they couldn’t be bothered nor would they allow me to purchase one. Weird

My room was fantastic and very clean. All towels and bedding smell lovely and fresh. Good size bathroom, Big shower, very clean with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel Great staff, English speaking, helpful and polite. It is amazing value for money. Big parking. Basic breakfast, but OK. Beach Towels. It was not only relax but also pleasure to stay in your place. Thank you very much for lovely stay. Beata & Marcin
