One of the Best place in the World. Everything was Perfect. Staff ♡ Was incredible. All of them. Reception, restaurant, room service. Thanks for All these people. Guillermo especially thank you for your everyday smile and small talk. Hotel is 20 minutes walk by Beach to Playa del Carmen Center - 5th Av. We had beautiful huge family room with sea view. 3 Rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, fridge and Coffee maker. All inclusive had also everyday some Coke, beer and Coffee included. Food Was delicious. Drinks on the Beach also, Mohito, Pinacolada, Tequila sunrise, what you wish. This Hotel has also the special arrangement with Universe I think, 'cause sea around Was always the cleanest. And Beach Was everyday cleaned by the staff. It Was Beautiful to spend our first time in Mexico here. Hotel is very nice, but it is people who make All what is important. We will miss you. You are the Best. Thank you ♡

nice clean hotel resort with great staff just the right size, not too big, not too small staff very nice and helpful food was great, especially À la carte dinners, every day different national cuisine - that was amazing, but food in general was very good nice pool area with pool bar, enough chairs, also on the beach

after a few days, beach was awfully full of seaweed (understand, that hotel can't do much about that, but it was unpleasant) our room (without balcony) had the only window directed to the hallway, where people were passing by - very strange setup, next time I would definitely take a room with balcony a little further from the city centre, about 25 minutes walk

we loved the location, for us it was good to be 15 mins walk from town it meant it was quiet and peaceful and the view from the pool of the sea was great. all the staff were so so lovely and a good amount of activities. clean and big comfy bed and slept well at night. lunch time menu was good. amazing value for money!

the dinners were edible and didn’t make us sick, it was also lovely that it was a sit down meal and not a buffet at night, however trying to do different countries every night meant that a lot could go wrong. perhaps do a bbq night, Mexican and American night with maybe four options for different variety every night and just perfect a few things . but this is not a criticism we really really really enjoyed your hotel and we even asked to stay longer but it was not possible unfortunately!!!

Everything was perfect! We booked a basic garden view room but they gave us an amazing ocean view suite with a kitchen, balcony and jacuzzi only a few meters from the sea. The hotel is almost exclusively populated by elderly/retired people who I think are there on some membership and spend their winter months there. So there isnt any action or many activities, everything also closes very early, which was fine for us but might turn off some people. We did enjoy the small, cozy feel of the resort.

It's a small thing but the noise of the metal chairs on the ceramics balcony floor was genuinely terrifying. Maybe the hotel could just put some pads under the chairs legs to fix that.

We were looking for having that all-inclusive experience for the first time, but at the same time, we didn´t want all the crowded, busy, and loud environment that comes with it. Hence Sunset fisherman. We saw the comments and thought it could be a good place to relax. It exceeded our expectations. The place is so quiet, you have that feeling of being all-inclusive but within a good ratio, not too big, just enough. And the beach really was incredible, almost no one there, direct view at that beautiful sea from the pool. The food was good for what this is, I think is just a great relationship between all the factors in an all-inclusive. Definitely recommend it if you're searching for a chill, beautiful and comfortable place to rest.

The resort is a beautiful property located a short walk from a large shopping district with Mayan artifacts along the way. The hotel and restaurants are very clean and the food and drinks are delicious, the pool and jacuzzis are well maintained and the grounds are clean. The staff is very warm and friendly and always ready to help if you have a problem (you shouldn’t). I would go back.

Room was facing on parking lot, coctails in pool bar were very bad, gentelman in check-in was very very rude, every morning was some checking in the room if we are there - i did not undrestand this at all 🙄
