Spacious room, clean, centric. I do not complain about the music at night. Pl- del Carmen is a party place. If you want to have it quiet do not go there or stay away from the center. It is ones own decision to got there or not!!! Nice pool to use.

Rooms are very dark inside, no daylight, I felt locked up- only the rooms towards the street have daylight. Upon arrival had to wait more than half hr for check-in. Receptionist had to take care of another place too. After waiting one hr in line for passport control, another half for the bus ticket, the bus ride (all after a transatlantic flight) this was just the top. No wifi in the room, a hotel nowadays should invert in room wifi, not only offer it in common areas.

The property is very well located, clean and has a great and friendly staff. There are only two downsides: the water of the shower takes too long to heat up and the parking lot there’s no vacancy for every guest. But we managed to park everyday at the parking lot, so maybe it depends on the period you are hosted. I truly recommend this hotel, it’s beautiful and next to everything you will need, specially the 5th avenue, which has everything and more: restaurants, bars, stores, oxxo, 7 eleven, exchange houses, drug stores, etc. It is also close to the beach center. I loved my experience in here!

The shower, because it takes too long to heat up, and there’s no vacancy at the parking lot for everyone.

Hacienda type, Mexican Vive, close to all eatablishment (downtown Playa del Carmen). Walking distance to Bus going to airport.

Noise from other visitors who stayed on a nook infront of our room (was up because of their noise- stayed and chat and laugh until past midnight). They dont care and u deratand even if we openned the room. (group of families more than 10).

The room is spacious and clean, beds are extremely firm so if that’s your thing you’ll love it. Pool is the center piece and it’s beautiful.

It can be a bit noisy with the club music and sometimes guests and their families will completely take over the pool and blast their music. It’s a bit disruptive to other guests as well as some of the male staff stares at guests while in the pool..it’s a bit creepy especially when with your children!

Great location, wonderful pool, lovely terrace and gardens.

Key card was needed for the electricity to be used in the room. This saves energy, but you cannot charge a cell phone/laptop when you leave the room, and the refrigerator turns off, so you can’t really keep any food in the fridge.

Location, staff, amazing pool, good restaurant next door. Very clean, front desk very friendly and patient with my limited Spanish. Wonderful hacienda feel. Few steps to beach and 5th Ave but no 5th Ave noise at night. Room amenities very good.

Bed was exceptionally hard!! Hot water sometimes limited.

Beautiful hacienda, accommodating staff. Loved having a bathtub.

first room I got… fan in room wasn’t working and floor was dirty (needed a sweep). I was promptly moved to another room, which was great because it was raining and I was tired.

The hotel is more on the expensive side.However,it is worth it for the room you get and the fact that it has an elevator.The AC was really nice.It was central AC.I liked the view from the two balconies in the room.

All was nice and good!

Air conditioning worked well and water pressure and temperature in the shower were good. Handy to everything

Noisy at night due to the location, people outside partying, not the hotel’s fault.

our second stay: - super comfy bed - wonderful pool - lovely balcony and super spacious room

- weak and disruptive wifi - our room (#324) this time was much noisier for it’s right next to the club, music runs to 3am ;-) But all in all, I can live with these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and will return for more.
