The hotel was really beautiful, as in the pictures. It was clean and brand new. The rooms were big with a lovely shower and cute terrace. The receptionist were helpful.

The breakfast was a shame! Not only the choice was limited but worse, portions were extremely small. The avocado toast (only choice available) was half of the size of my tiny hand: in two bites the bread was over and we were always left hungry afterwards. I guess this portions were done in such way to force you to buy extra from their menu… Last negative point was the mattress which was too soft, so our back was curved all night long. The access to Diamante K beach club was included in the reservation but despite that, when we arrived there they tried to convince us that we must consume something for their menu to stay.

The staff was so helpful. Fili even shared his own books with us. Alex spent a lot of time helping us with reservations and translating Spanish for us. Blanca (waitress in restaurant) was so kind and even brought some food to room to calm husbands upset stomach. This staff is really wonderful. We loved having access to the beach club at Diamante K. The evening service with candlelight right on the beach was magical.

The constant music. It would have been nice to have more peaceful and softer music in restaurant (especially at breakfast) and by pool. The pool area on the roof could have been a wonderful, peaceful place but music was too loud for our taste. However, we realize that we are older and younger people may have no problems with it.

For the complimentary breakfast the avocado toast with vegan cheese was delicious and the watermelon was my favorite fresh squeezed juice. The room was very comfortable and relaxing, my favorite part of the room was the spacious shower stall and modern shower head- it had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. They tell you not to drink the water from the faucet so they provided water jugs that you could ask for refills on, my only complaint was that the water was warm and the mini fridge was too small for them to fit inside of without moving the glass shelves. They also provided Wi-Fi which was extremely helpful. They called someone to bring a bike for me which I thought was included in the reservation but I ended up having to pay for it so I might just have read the description wrong.

The location wasn’t the best, it was a 20-30 minute bike ride to the beach, if you had a car that would be better but I’m not sure where you could park it because they don’t have a parking lot and there’s not much street parking. They have taxis everywhere but they are very expensive- $20 one way. If you take the bus from the airport it’s a 10 minute walk to the hotel from the bus station but you won’t have a sidewalk the whole way so be prepared to walk along the side of the road.

Beautiful hotel, just outside the city center. The restaurants are on walking distance (5 min). The rooms are big and really well designed. The walkin shower is big and comfortabel, sometimes the warm water takes some time. I think this was the biggest bed we have slept in during our trip. The bed is soft, but still oke. The front desk helped us very well, they arranged some bikes for us with delivery and pick-up. The breakfast is served at the restaurant upstairs. There arent many options for breakfast, this could be improved. The restaurant itself wasnt busy during our stay. The swimming pool is also upstairs, but yes the pool is to small to swim. Its just a small dipping pool.

It didnt bother us, but the sound disturbance of a party hostel across the street is true. Altough its caused by the people screaming and yelling. The staff gives tips to close windows and doors, this reduces the sound. In my opinion casa agape cant do much about this, sound plugs will help.

Loved my stay at Casa Agape! The hotel is in an ideal location in Tulum town, just one block from the main street, within easy walking distance of shops/restaurants/food trucks/nightlife. The building is beautiful and the room was very clean and cohesively decorated. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great. The rooftop pool has a nice view of the town, and the vegan restaurant on the roof is a nice option to have right on the property. We were easily able to park our rental car right in front of the hotel during our entire stay. They give guests access to their sister property's beach club, but we didn't end up using that, so I can't comment on it (with the recent seaweed issues in Tulum, we stuck to cenotes instead - but it is easy to get a taxi to and from the beach area). The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making recommendations and calling us a taxi when we needed one. Overnight they close the main entrance gate, but it is monitored 24/7 so it's not a problem to be let in if you're coming back late. Other reviews have mentioned this hotel gets really noisy at night from the nearby hostel parties, but we actually did not have this issue at all (but visited during the low season). Overall, this is a really lovely and comfortable place to stay in Tulum town.

A few bugs did manage to get in the room somehow, but you're in the jungle in Tulum, so this is to be expected at any accommodation I would think. This wasn't a problem, but I should also mention that there is no elevator, so keep this in mind if you have any mobility restrictions.

The property is stunning and has an amazing, probably the best in town, vegan restaurant. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to fit a pack-n-play for our baby comfortably. The pool was a plus given the heat and the unfortunate amount of sargasso at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The access to the beach club is definitely a plus, as it allows for some beach vibes and time. The property also has parking, which is great if you’re driving on your own. The complimentary breakfast was also really good.

The only downside is that you might hear some noise from the bar in front of the hotel. however, with the windows closed it wasn’t bad at all. We, including baby, slept through it!

Very friendly and accomodating staff, went above and beyond to make the stay confortable. Very safe with great location close to Tulum’s main strip but in calm street. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant were very enjoyable and food (all vegetarian)/cocktails seemed delicious. The rooms were large and confortable, with tons of sustainable touches and a great design. Wouldn’t even look to stay elsewhere if back in Tulum and would 100% recommend. PS: Access to there partner’s beach-hotel (Diamante K) which is GORGEOUS with amazing food, drinks and service.

A tad of noise at night because of the hostel across the street, but totally manageable with windows closed and stops at around midnight. A lot of noise on saturdays but hey, it’s Tulum…! It wasn’t a problem for us and in no way decreases the review.

The rooms were very nice and chic. Shower was superb along with the balcony space. The breakfast was perfect too light and refreshing just how a vacation breakfast should be.

Having one key card isn't ideal. They refused to give two keycards. This also caused issues with one person coming home early on a night out. When the other came, security wouldn't check if they thst person actually belonged to the right room thereby, someone could have gotten into the room that they shouldn't have. Also dead bird in pool drainage

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were always so helpful and answered any questions I had. We were celebrating an anniversary and they decorated our room with rose petals and brought us champagne! It was beautiful. The rooms are darling, clean and the perfect size. I wish I could rate this place a million times more! 10/10 would recommend

The continental breakfast could of included a few more options or switched out the bread and fruit! But still super yummy

The location was great, and the staff was wonderful! They were very welcoming and helped us with any questions and calling cabs to the beach area. There are 4 parking spots out front if you have a car/rental car with you and we never had an issue with parking during our mid-January stay. The rooftop is lovely and includes the pool and restaurant. There's a convenience store with an ATM on the nearby corner, and it's a short walk to the main street with shops, restaurants, and bars.

I wish there was more privacy for the bathroom, particularly for the toilet. Both the shower and toilet have glass doors, and though the middle of the door is frosted glass, it did not feel very private.
