Staff in the hotel especially Alesia and Adrian were super friendly and welcoming. We had a lot of nice chats and they made us feel very welcome staying there. They were interested in sharing cultural experiences which we loved. Pool was never super busy and refreshing in the Merida heat. Breakfast was diverse and helped with fuel for the day. Vegetarian options. Very busy area for breakfast at times but the staff managed this with a smile and good service. Credit to them. Kitchen staff let me use the fridge to keep some milk which was nice. Carnival time in Merida is fantastic, I would go during this time. Air conditioning was great, location to bus station easy.

Room shower could have been more modernised, some tea or coffee facilities in the room would have been nice ( with some mugs, spoons).

The pool and facilities were fab! The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, a TV and a coffee machine. It was close to the centre and right next to the bus station!

There was a huge window taking up the whole wall so anyone walking past our room could see everything inside- we ended up closing the curtains the whole time and just using the artificial light. It wasn’t very sociable and suited families and couples best.

We were happy that we were able to get our room before check in time. Did not eat at the restaurant. We ate at the Centro where the locals ate.

The Hotel did not offer tours. We found out at the end of our stay the hotel when they put an advertisement of tours. We got our tours when we were at the main plaza across from the Cathedral.

Second time to stay in this hotel. It’s far better than other hotels we stayed during our vacation. The best thing I loved was the coolness of the room after midnight. We didn’t need to turn on the AC during the sleep, which made our sleep super comfortable.

If there is an ice maker in the hotel, it will be perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff, airconditioning, clean room, firm beds, lovely garden around pool, great location and windows to open.

Knock on door in middle of the night was a bit scary.

The hotel is located a few blocks from the city center, which is quite convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great at a great price but the best part about this hotel is the staff: extremely professional, servicial and kind at all times.

The walls are very thin, the rooms could be a bit more sound proof as there was a lot of echo in the hallways / stairs outside of the rooms. Breakfast menu could include a few more options too.

the location was the best ever! super close to everything and very central. there is lots of stores and places to eat near by. the staff was so helpful and friendly! they definitely made my life easier!

The shower pressure was a bit off but nothing too crazy.

Perfect location 1 block from the ADO. Staff were all extremely friendly. We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping was very courteous and efficient. Our refrigerator stopped working and they quickly checked it out and gave us a replacement. Pool area and pool was a beautiful place to sit and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was big and there were two double beds with comfortable mattresses. Staff was extremely nice and helpful Swimming pool is nice. Location is very central. Good value for money.

Large room, comfortable beds, wifi was great, AC worked well.

The pool was in need of a good clean. I swam in it the once and regretted it.
