I absolutely love it. Honestly i had low expectations for the price but once there, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, very private and you can't beat the location, just a few blocks away from the plaza in the center. Actually just two blocks away there's a little park with a huge food market where you can go at all hours and get breakfast or dinner for amazing prices, they have tacos, full meals, sea food, just amazing. The hotel was nice, the shower worked great, the AC unit was perfect (this was very important for me because of the heat but i didn't have any problems) The staff was SUPER NICE, they never bothered me, only asked me if i wanted my room cleaned or if i needed more toilet rolls, clean towelts, etc. The room was super private and i was so comfy the entire time, also super safe. I love that they take care of some cats and feed them, provide them with water, this is super cute. You can't beat the price for this room and location, i am so happy i picked this instead of a hostel that i'd have to share with other strangers.

little noisy as we were right next door to reception. lady on reception didn’t speak English which isn’t a problem at all but when she realised we didn’t speak English made no effort at all to try and communicate with us even though we tried to use translate, we arrived early but couldn’t check in then got another message from her after we arrived asking what time we were arriving even though we had already asked to check in. poor communication but partly our fault as we speak little Spanish

It was great value for money. Very simple. I slept well, no noise. The fan was a bit noisy and the air conditioner didn't work, but apart from that, everything was great.

It was quite far to walk to the main centre and far away from other attractions.

This exactly what I wanted. It had: a very comfortable memory foam bed, Working a/c unit and ceiling fan, quiet neighborhood, secure location that was locked in the evening, in close proximity to the bus terminal, in close proximity to an LDS church and Temple, it was extremely affordable,... This is a no frills hotel with no view and cool water in the shower. I didn't come to Mérida to spend time in my hotel room. I just wanted a safe / quiet place to sleep at night. I am definitely coming back to this establishment! I am already looking to book my next flight in December, and hopefully stay 2-3 weeks🙂

I only had a week to enjoy this hotel and wonderful city.

The location was perfect for getting to know Merida starting at the city center. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodating. I felt perfectly comfortable as a female traveling alone.

Everything was as expected.

The location is really good. We walked everywhere in the city. Also the staff was friendly and our room was ready earlier than planned.

We were fine with everything for that price!

We stayed only one night but was ok, enough close to the city center. Nice people working there, organized a taxi for us to the airport at 5:30 am.

Quite small and dark room, but for a 1 night was enough. Thin walls, we could hear neighbour talking over the phone like we would be in our room. The mattress was sliding from the bed.

Nice hotel, clean, hot water when asked, they even changed our shower cause it was not strong enough. The rooms are nice, simple, with the basics. They have drinkable water at your disposable also.

Towels were quite small and there was no blanket on the room.
