It was a beautiful stay. Everything is readily accessible and staff is helpful and cheerful except for 1 lady. The potter and concierge were excellent. Bed and pillow were very comfortable and room facilities were okay...phased renovations have started so they will offer better room and bathroom facilities. Be specific when u book sea view you might be unlucky and get one facing both the sea and a construction site. Great breakfast with varieties. Lovely stay...

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Swimming pool area was very good and the restaurant very decent. Did not visit Nobu since it was not particularly children friendly.

The beds were normal doubles which was a little too small for our standards. Also for some reason we could not sleep comfortably, maybe the mattress/pillows did not suit us?

Location right next to Race Track(Hair Pin), Room is spacious & very clean. Free complimentary bottles of water every night. Room View to Hairpin but it was 3rd floor , therefore hardly see race. Reception & floor staff 's response was really good. Report default of safety box in the room, maintenance guy came within 5 minutes & sorted out.

First day, one coffee cup was missing, no coffee cartridges. Supplied next day. On 3rd floor hairpin view is very very poor. For us it is OK because we are on track side all day as photographer. But if someone expected to watch race from room should be informed in advance. Hotel has special viewing spot on 7th floor (Roof Top). It is awesome. So it is recover downside of 3rd floor poor view though. .

Everything was at it should be for a 5*. The location is one of the best in Monte Carlo. The room (king double) was larger than expected. Breakfast was well-catered.

I would have preferred a little more choice for vegans at breakfast, but there was still plenty to eat well

The location was good, we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which were beautiful. I had a lovely pregnancy massage at the spa which was amazing.

We didn’t like the fact the Nikki beach was the only pool available for hotel guests to to the works. We were not advised at reception that we had to pre book a bed even though we asked the question when checking in. I’m currently pregnant and the hotel were not attentive to this when at the pool i had to sit on a bar stool every day which is extremely uncomfortable at 6 months pregnant, I felt this was unacceptable considering how much we paid to stay at the hotel for a period of 4 nights. The building works Monday-Friday we’re extremely noisy and only off at the weekend. Some members of staff were extremely rude giving me weird looks because of my bump which made me feel extremely uncomfortable I have never been anywhere else that has acted like this towards a pregnant lady.

The Fairmont is in an excellent location very near Casino Square and the "heart" of Monaco. The room was extremely comfortable, if a little dated and the bathroom / shower was very good. Breakfast was excellent and very comprehensive with pastries, juices, hot breakfast, cereals and all served by very attentive, efficient and polite staff (and the same applies across all staff who are excellent).

There's really not a lot to complain about. The rooms are slightly dated but still very comfortable (the bed was excellent) and the common areas are good. The new development slightly blocks the sea view from restaurant but that's hardly the Fairmont's fault.

The breakfast was amazing, good quality and varieties. However, regarding the Nikki beach and the Horizons restaurant views, I was very disappointed. When I booked my room with The hotel, the picturea showes a nice panoramic view of Monaco. When I got there, there was a big construction blocking the view. My sugesition is , please update the pictures on your website. It showsbto the guests that tthere is no view anymore. The price that I paid for the room was very high. The hotel employee were amazing friendly. They were very helpful.

The Nikki beach and horizon restaurant didn't offer the panoramic view that showed on the pictures in the website.

The hotel was amazing in everything I could mention. The room, staff and most importantly the amazing location of the Fairmont Hotel was amazing. For sure me and my family will return very soon!

The room Air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable, the temperature was not the cold and most of the time of the night trying to get the AC to cool down.

As it was one of my friend's 50th Birthday celebration. I could not fault the hotel for everything. They even placed a little something in the room for our friend, which was very lovely. This was the first time for my friends to visit Monaco & stay at the Fairmont, so we were all very pleased with everything. This is my 3rd time at the hotel

One of the days Nikki beach (pool area) was closed, which was a shame as we couldn't use those facilities for the day. Also a lot of noise from the new buildings that surround the hotel. I felt the outside of the hotel didn't represent the inside of the hotel. So maybe they will update this once all the building works have been completed.
