The service is excellent on all levels and from all members of staff we felt completely welcomed and looked after. The tea choices in our room were for one person ( one teabag of each flavour) and no teapot. We thought it was limited choice compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in who also offer for example, complementary home made biscuits or packaged sweet treats. This is a nice touch we felt was missing. Aside from this minor detail everything else was superb and we will definitely return with our family in the near future as we really enjoyed our stay. Overall hotel facilities, even though pool was undergoing renovation and was closed.

The hotel itself is great but when checking out I tried to book a taxi for a few hours later and the concierge said it was almost impossible. He went on to explain how taxis in Monaco are terrible and don't show up even if booked. I couldn't believe it. But he then offered a private car, at 180 euros, compared to a taxi 110 euros. I had no alternative as there is no Uber either. Whether it is a Monaco problem, not having taxis, or a hotel specific problem, I can't tell, but it wasn't a great check out experience.

Everything was excellent! Location, staff, service, room, facilities...it was all top notch! Will be staying here again soon!

This is a special hotel in the heart of Monte-Carlo. It is family-owned and the staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was very friendly and welcoming. We had a small room but the bed was very large and really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great but, be warned, the bar is expensive! The valet parking works well and and is reasonable value. Great location in the heart of the city but it's set back and very quiet. We have stayed in a few hotels in Monaco and this is now our favourite.

the room wifi was unreliable but we were hardly in the room, so it didn't matter.

Hotel, restaurant, breakfast, location, staff - were just amazing!

Very elegant, lovely staff and the communal areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The food was very good and the Spa also excellent.

Most of the bedrooms (even junior suites) are very small, old and poorly decorated/maintained in contrast to refinement of the rest of the hotel.

Chair in the room was broken, could not sit on it.... room 501. Bathroom amenties were too little and did find placement of bath towers odd. One of concierge was very rude and arrogant.... did not appreciate that at all. There were no complimantary drinking water on daily basis.

Everything. Most importantly the fantastic staff. From parking the car, the wonderful restaurant and bar staff, the concierge and the people who service the rooms. Everyone smiling and laughing. Sharing a joke. Remembering your name.

It is closing for a few months renovation. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.
