The room was clean and fresh. The air con worked like a dream and I was greatful for that in the late summer heat. The staff were super friendly and very happy to help. Hotel was generally inviting and they allow you to stor your luggage on departure day.

Without a menu I was a little confused by the breakfast choices on offer. I wasn't sure what was available and, although I apprteciate it was a continental breakfast, I'm not used to eating a slice of apple flan for breakfast. There was no meat or eggs that I could see. Hard bread gives me indegestion but no soft bread was on offer. I had to ask for a glass of water to take my medication as no breakfast drinks could be seen. The busy road outside was noisy but the hotel had really done all the could to minimise this. The Frence doors were somewhat effective at reducing the noise. Buse Beach? I had no idea there was a local beach but having looked now it was 3.7km away and a 1 hour walk.

Excellent location as a 10 minute walk from the centre of Monaco at a fraction of Monaco hotel prices. Secure underground parking on the same street (24 euros for 24 hours, we stayed an additional 15 hours over the 24 and it came to approx 50 euros). Helpful staff and very comfortable beds. We only booked for one night but found it’s location to be perfect so we stayed an extra day.

Breakfast was limited and no hot food option. Our twin bed room was adequate but not large and the bathroom the same, we were fine with the shower but a larger framed person may struggle. The hotel is on a busy side road with a pizzeria and bar opposite which was lively but we were so tired having walked around Monaco we fell asleep straight away.

Very kind staff, good location almost in center of Monaco although the address-wise it is in beausoleil France, and above all the price is good (reasonable) as a hotel of expenseive monaco area. I really appreciate that. Breakfast was included and it was good. The room is simple but there were essential things

I don't remember bad things. Maybe the uphill to the hotel. There may be the better way to go from the main road and not long slope, but it was a bit hard for me.

Incredibly close to every major destination in Monaco. You literally walk down on the stairs and reach the Casino, Hotel de Paris and a very cozy terrace in the park, facing the Casino. I could recommend small restaurants in Beausoleil, with very good prices for meal and drink. Its a very good place to stay in Monaco, even if it is in France, at only 5-6 minutes from the Monegasque central square.

The variety of food at the breakfast could be more divers, but for us it was sufficient.

The hotel is a 7 minute walk from Casino Monte-Carlo, which is amazing to be so close to some of the famous points of interest in Monaco, and be fortunate to stay at a hotel which is close proximity for an amazing price. I felt extremely safe in the area, even at 1-2AM, the surroundings roads are well-lit and there's a police station about 20 second walk from the hotel. In addition, the breakfast was great and had very generous portions. Lastly, the staff were amazing, and very helpful throughout the visit.

This is not even a complaint and does not jeopardise my opinion of the hotel...but the door to the bathroom could do with an upgrade, and maybe consider adding a shower door.

The hotel is ideally located allowing to find and reach any spot very easily and comfortably. Furthermore the team is very resourceful and supportive in sharing tips and advice on where to go and what to do in the area. The place is also sharing a very local decor, using the local materials and spirit of the oceanside and the reuse of materials, such as reconverted wooden doors and shutters or blinds, repainted as on this beautiful part of the world.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I wish I could still be there. There are not enough

Everything was good related location and room, but we had more expectations regarding breakfast it was really poor, croissant, coffee and some fruits nothing more consistent or vegetarian or gluten free how it was specified in description.

Beach was quiet far from the hotel, it may take more than 20 minutes to walk.

Perfect location for visiting Monaco, less than a 5 min walk to the Casino. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. Ask for a map at reception and she practically gave us an itinerary of things to see in two days - perfect.

Honestly couldn’t say anything I didn’t like.

It basically felt like I was staying in monaco, despite technically staying in france. There are automatic escalators almost all the way from the casino to the hotel, which made getting back way easier, after a long day of exploring.
