If you arrive by train, take the escalators UP to the main foyer, then go up a level using the lifts at the far end of foyer. This brings you to Rue Charlotte. Do not go down the escalators as Monaco is on levels and you will be on the wrong level. Bus no. 2 on the same side as the hotel will bring you down to the port. When you reach the top of the escalators, Rue Charlotte is behind you and to the right, after Cooks Cafe.

Give firm directions from train station as Monaco is confusing when you first arrive. It's easy once you've been around the block once.

The location is great. Near the train station and 5 minutes walk to the casino. Room was big and bright.

Bed wasn't comfortable and was loud. Almost felt like a sofa bed... Some of the staff was very cold and seemed like you are bothering them.

the master bed had tiny tree trunk bedside table. no place to put my luggage or bags in the master except the floor. you can't have a top suite with no lace to ut your things but the floor. you need a dresser AND bigger bedside table. our rate included breakfast, but when I arrive late around midnight, I asked and was told not that is was 25 euro pp in the restaurant. I THOUGHT HMM, i THOUGHT PAID FOR IT IN ADVANCE. but was too tired to look at my confirmation. we did not have breakfast in the am, and left the hotel. Today as I am doing my expense report I see i book a rate with petite dejuner - so I did pay for it, but did not consume it. I think I should be offered a credit. The service was top, the staff very friendly. The layout of the hotel was perfect. The view from the reception down to the restaurant and in the pool was impressive. The food in the restaurant and the meals offered were excellent. The pool was very good for its size. You only had to wait if you wanted a sunbed. The location is also very good as there is a bike hire service right next to the hotel, underground parking is good value for money and taxis are always available. Supermarkets are within walking distance and the marina is a 5 minute walk away. All in all, the hotel is very good for its price and offers a good price-performance ratio due to the different rooms. At other hotels, you get much less for the same money and have to cut back on the location. I'm already thinking about coming back a second time, but this time in a room with a view of the harbour. easy acces to the centre. Make sure you can find the public lift from and to the port...it saves you 6 floors of climbing. I loved the scrambled eggs for breakfast...you must taste them :-) If you go by car, go first to the public garage, where the lowest floor is for Novotel, the garage is located on the east side of the building.

The location. The view from.my balcony. The beach bed and table and chairs on the balcony. Plenty of hot water for a shower, and plenty of room in the shower..Toilet flushed well. Good size bathroom and room size pretty good too. TV worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The tap in the bathroom for the basin is too close to the basin so it made it hard to fill up my bottle of water. Also the basin would fill up with water and soap suds which made it hard for me to brush my teeth and wash my face. The lifts were very old and it felt like being in a plane with turbulence. Reception area was very hot and a staff member told me it's because air conditioning doesn't start until the 15th June. The food in the hotels restaurant was way too expensive and not very nice but then again the food every where in Monaco was very expensive and not very nice.

This was my first visit to Monaco & this hotel was perfect. I was visiting from Wales to take part in Monaco Run 12K race & this hotel seemed centrally located in Monte Carlo close to the race start in Port Hercule. The staff were so friendly & really helpful helping us find best ways to travel to other locations (Nice) & recommending places to eat/visit in Monaco & how best to get back to Nice airport. I booked the executive room with a balcony & a view of the harbour. The room was beautifully presented & lovely bathroom facilities, shampoo/ conditioner/shower gel/soap/hand cream, pod espresso coffee machine, stocked fridge (items complimentary), safe, aircon, iron/board, comfy big bed, wardrobe, sofa, table & chair & table/chair on balcony (could’ve done with a 2nd chair out there). The rooms were cleaned & tidied daily (very clean). Check in was easy & quick as was departure. Wi-fi was great. Staff very well presented/dressed & super friendly. One member was lovely as we had bought a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate after my race & didn’t have time to open it & we could take it on the flight (carry-on luggage only) so we gave the bottle to the staff to give to someone at the hotel (as it was Valentine’s Day & we couldn’t take it with us). I also used the gym & sauna (steam room wasn’t working), wanted to use the outdoor pool but the water was so cold (would be nice if it was slightly heated). Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Casino.

the restaurant has nice food but very limited choice & overpriced Hotel provided cardboard cups in the room (for coffee & also in bathroom) which seemed tacky for such a nice hotel - just provide normal cups & glasses. Outdoor pool was so cold - a little heat would’ve been nice.

I love this hotel. I travel a lot and I have 3rd level on Bookin.com, it is the highest traveler level here. This hotel has the best location for people who come to Monaco by train, it is only 5 minutes by walk from the train station and about 12-15 minutes by walk from the legendary Monte-Carlo casino. Breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and comfy, stuff was very helpful and kind. Rooftop terrace has beautiful views to Monaco. We came much earlier than regular check-in time, around 11 am, but hotel stuff gave us a room. Just for information - there is a small and very good cafe in 2 minutes walk from the hotel on the same street, towards the train station, that works till late night, so if you get hungry, you can go there as we did.

Honestly there is nothing that I didn't like, everything was perfect.

Our room had a a wonderful view of the sea and Port Hercule. The hotel is central to everything we wanted to see and do in Monaco and is just a few minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast was fantastic, a wide selection of hot and cold foods and drinks.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but we travelled into Monaco via a coach, and we wished that there was a stop nearer to the hotel or the train station entrance. Not much fun lugging our baggage up the hill from the tourism information offic bus stop
