The hotel is very high quality hotel. it provides any type of services and it is located in a very strategic position in Montecarlo

I had a bad experience with one of the staff. I had a lunch with my baby and my husband and an Italian female employee explicitly commented what a mess my baby has done during the lunch (she was less than 1 year and she tried to throw bread to the ground, but I cleaned everything before going away). I was so sorry and I felt so bad in being judged. the employee was thinking I was not Italian and not able to understand. well, in an hotel of such level, there should be no judgment towards clients.

The hotel location was good, close to the beach and restaurants/bars such as Jimmyz and Coya. It had a private beach, great food/room service and good cocktails. It was excellent value for money.

we asked the concierge to put a bottle of champagne in our room for arrival as it was my friends birthday however on arrival this champagne was not there.

The payment by a visa card of the bank outside europ was denied in the system but when we checked our bank account status was shown blocked amount of payment. So we are super very worry and afraid of suffering from a scam of the system which mean we have been cheating of double pay while we have paid by cash also at that time! More over we been asked for deposit of 200€ more and promise to return the deposit back if the customer didn't take the breakfast b'cos they afraid of the customer will leave without paying them!!!

We booked room with sea view, but it was so poorly, that there was no reason to pay extra. In overall it's a overpriced for this level of rooms. Breakfast was not included in room rate.

Great saltwater pools outside, especially for kids. Nice inside sweetwater pool too. Very nice views to the sea and Monaco Larvotto/Montecarlo. 4 or 5th stayover since 2013. Always nice memories. Still modern roomdesign although not so new. Comfy large beds and quite nice breakfast. Large outside terrasses for dining seaside. Valet service for the car.

6th floor quite close located to ventilation of conference center, which is noisy. Window to terrace first locked and then no more lockable. Furnitures show quite some use in the rooms. Overpriced minibar. Missing the jetskis to rent you had in the past. Need indeed some watersport to offer on the beach which is simply great to have in Monaco. Most of the personnel a bit too stressed or cold except the pool guys. They are pro's.

Where do I start: private beach, bar, pool, grounds, view, staff, our crystal tower room, bathroom, bed, pillows... All excellent. Lobby was very nice to look at and concierges were a great help.

A few paint chips were a bit annoying, bath taps quite tight and hard to use. No shower only bath. Air con could be better. Darkness of room. Pricing of food drink and room a bit expensive but I realise it is Monaco after all and it's the magic of it. When someone esle is running their bath or shower it's makes an awful noise in the room. (I assume that was what the noise was) A bit embarrassing going from the lift through the lobby to both pools in your robe/swimwear while everyone else fully clothed-there should really be another way to access the pools unless I wasn't made aware that there was.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They recognized and appreciated our loyalty as a member of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. The team at the concierge were very helpful in unloading our four heavy luggages from the car upon arrival and bringing them to our room. And then loading them to the car when we departed the hotel for the airport. And of course the full view of the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset.

The room rate was a little too steep and significantly higher than other Le Meridien hotels in Europe but I guess this has to do something with the country of location as Monaco is a very expensive city to do business in.

A beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic location with a natural beach which is unusual in Monaco. The concierge, checkin, and arrival experience was excellent. The interior decor is fabulous. All restaurants and bars are beautiful with attentive professional and polite staff. The saltwater pools are beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping was also to a very high standard.

The sliding door to the balcony has an inferior type of lock and we became locked on our balcony. It is normal to have a lever to lock the balcony door which can only be done from the inside however the lock fitted here is a flip type metal device and if you are not very careful with it's position you can get locked outside. There is no phone on the balcony. Luckily we had a smartphone and after a Google search were able to call the hotel security for rescue! The experience was quite distressing.

Great hotel with a nice athmosphere, wonderful beach and pool area

- Room especially the bathroom needs to be renovated (for the requested price per night this is a must) - Staff in general very friendly with an exception at the breakfast service (a guy) and the reception (2 ladies)
