Rooftop pool and the service in general were great. Dinner at le grill was an amazing experience

Inside pool and spa had a rude and unhelpful staff. The facilities there were outdated and packed.

Its a dream hotel, legend hotel, amazing design and ambience, fast room service. Beautiful rooms, therms area, and was the best option to meet my birthday there. But the main important that this hotel is about people you meet there, high class network. Its simply the best place to stay in Monaco, if you can afford it go for it only! If you cant afford it, take a loan and go for it )) i mean it

Fantastic location and the decor was truly fantastic.

We had to get assistance three times as our air conditioning went up to 26 degrees and could not be turned down manually. it was as hot as hell in our room and we had to go out to cool down, which is not acceptable when you are paying well over £600 a night!

It is such a beautiful hotel in the most perfect location. I have never experienced such exceptional service - professional but they also seemed to genuinely care. They always seemed to know my name and I felt completely taken care of.

We were not made aware that the Thermes spa was closed when we booked. We were offered an alternative gym in the hotel (not the same) but I think Booking.com should have let us know in advance.

Having to pay a large deposit on arrival at check-in which is not mentioned when booking online with Booking.Com or with the hotel.it was finally sorted with the management when a price was agreed.l just think it should be made more clearly when booking this hotel.Was told because they are a group resort with three other hotels and the casino.Basically why need a large deposit just to get back when you checkout

Beautifully renovated and spacious and nicely appointed rooms

Housekeeping was not what you would expect.Friendly but slow. Also forgot to replace glasses in the bar At check out they were not able to organuze a Taxi. WIFI is limited by GB.Never encountered anything globally in a hotel of that standard

We loved everything about the hotel. It is a beautiful period property with an excellent location right in the heart of Monte Carlo. The hotel lobby is absolutely awe-inspiring and beautifully appointed; it has an old-world charm to it. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to junior suites, which were beautiful and spacious. The staff were courteous and attentive. The French toast served at breakfast warrants a special mention since it is arguably one of the best we have had.

Everything was amazing, the perfect special trip. Excellent location. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Food was first class. Breakfast service out of this world. Attention to detail with everything was spot on. Would love the door spinning job, that was fun. The smell, yes, even the corridors smelt divine. Absolutely perfect all round. Thank you to all for making us feel so welcome.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel de Paris. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

There was a problem bringing the bags and the car, which took “ an hour “ !! The employee only apologized to us without any justification or explanation! , At least get us juice or coffee, we paid a substantial amount for the accommodation!! The strange thing is that we filed a complaint, and no one from the hotel contacted us

Ordering cooked breakfast was confusing as no menu & staff did not understand eggs & bacon on toast etc.. The American bar staff left us for 40 mins sat outside as we were in the queue for a space. We had no drinks service & it was only when we politely advised them we were residents that we got in.
