The service is amazing and above expectations. They are very helpful and made our trip more comfortable by running errands for us in addition to serving us at the hotel. The room and food was good too. Special thanks to the reception team and those who serviced us.

New modern hotel near there the all important spots. Well equipted, comfotable bed. Tasty breakfast with helpfull and smile staff. Hotel has rooftop bar/restaurant, can recommend to visit (little higer price for Morroco, but fine experience.

We did not undestand why every day our room cards were not working when we returned to hotel. And we know that cards should be near mobile phone. When 2 cards for same room was newly loaded on reception, every time only last loaded card works for room, first only for elevator :)))

Very modern and new hotel in the heart of Casablanca. Room was a good size, bright and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop restaurant was also great, a good selection of food and drink with a fantastic view!

There were no drinking glasses, only 2 cups. Also only 1 teaspoon, no other cutlery despite having a hob and microwave in the room. There was only 1 chair, another seat would’ve been useful.

The room is very well designed. The attention to detail in saving space is very nice. You can't have everytthing and a bigger work area would be nice. But the facilities in the lobby more than compensate.

My only complaint was that I could not find the HDMI slots on the TV so as to plug in my own device and watch my own media. Maybe you could also reserve an input for apps like Netflix too. Even if you just let guests log in with their own accounts.

the room was clean as i like and the cleaner fatima was lovely ,i didn't get the chance to say goodbye, and the men at breakfast was lovely and helpful ,i forgot the names ,and the girl's were also lovely

love every thing, but for children you need to do more ,like highchair's for baby's and breakfast cereals for children ,i love the food ,and everything ,everyone helps when need it,

Our stay in the Kaan was amazing. The room and the bathroom was very clean (better than we got used to in Morocco) and the personnel was very attentive. Especially Ahlam at reception. She gave us a tour of the lower floors, welcomed us with juices and when we got back after a short trip to the city, some cookies were waiting for us in our room. Thank you so much :)

Modern Hotel in a great location. Newly opened with clean rooms and an amazing rooftop bar/lounge. Was quiet as its new but imagine it will become a very popular hotel. Will definitely use as our base in Casablanca going forwards.

Lovely new hotel in good location. Rooms were very clean and spacious and full of all modern amenities. Bathroom was a very good size too. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of onsite facilities including a cool rooftop bar and restaurant with great views.

Exceptional staff and service. Cheerful, helpful, kind. Very professional and multilingual. Modern hotel with great attention to design. Lots of lovely and comfortable lounge areas. Clean pretty room with amazingly cozy bed and great linens. Excellent water pressure.
