The staff were very good and knew their jobs. They help at you so much that you are satisfied. when I asked if it is possible to change rooms. they took my wishes very seriously and changed my room right away. Thank you to everyone employees at Hotel One, they made a good holiday for me and my wife. I don't remember the names of all the employees, but some of them were Marvan and Nabil, Thank you

The breakfast could be better. they could use more things. there were a lot of cakes in relation to toppings. but the staff was so clever and kind that you didn't notice that anything was missing. It was clean too. Thank you to the kitchen staff. Thank you

Reception tried to give us a cheaper room than we paid for. Wasted half an hour getting sorted. Receptionist wanted to charge us extra...annoying. Eventually sorted with help from Monie/Mannie who helped with our luggage

The staff was very nice and assisted is every question and every issue we had. Parking was reserved for us in front of the hotel. We were even upgraded to a better and bigger room. Breakfast was very good.

Note that It is about 10 min walk from the madina.

Their staff is the best. Always willing to help you with a positive attitude and always with a genuine smiling face. I must say they provide a 5 star service experience. The hotel is in the french neighbourhood so it is not that far away from the main touristic places. The room and the public places of the hotel were very clean.

To be honest for the price we paid was good enough. So we are not complaining but as feedback we think the property needs a bit of investment to be refurbished. It looks a bit old. Maybe in the 80s this was a wonderful hotel but not nowadays. Owners need to reinvest and improve it so maybe they can raise the prices too. Also the breakfast food could be better

I want to appreciate the general interior design and modern decor,it’s oozed class and luxury.The room quite elegant and clean from the bedroom to bathroom.The decor was just in the right places.The staff were amazing,quite friendly and kind ,from the concierge service when we arrived and departed.The reception was good ,I want to thank one gentleman who even gave as a map for the area and even explained the sites and how we can get back,bless u.The chefs thoughtful and promptness to offer assistance.Cleaners did a marvellous job.Thank you for the birthday decorations ,cake and heartfelt messages it made the peak of our stay the best.

Well our main problem was language barrier as we don’t speak Arabic and I only knew a little French so it was hard to communicate with some of the staff.The breakfast was quite okay but limited variety.The gym didn’t have good ventilation and a staff to help with the guidance but all in all we still managed .

The ensuite was exceptional. Big room and warm welcome by the staff with water and smile.

We had to wait for the rooms.The rooms were not ready by 2pm, one of bed base was broken and staff told receptionist that few slates needs fixing. Reception staff said it will be tomorrow as tech staff has gone for the day. I manage to fix some myself with the help of room service staff. We were staying for a night only with kids and booked 2 rooms. Breakfast is great and location is v good. They should provide atleast a tissue box in each rooms being 5*.staff is v polite and helpful. I would recomed booking ensuit with family. Lift is bit tight for more than 2 pple. Overall not bad.

Staff were both friendly & efficient. Their personal presentation was immaculate. We arrived 1030 at the hotel off a cruise ship. Laurelle explained that, unsurprisingly, rooms were not ready & kindly offered orange juice while we waited. As soon as our room became available, Laurelle arranged for our early check-in. Our room 541 was clean & functional. The location was great. Just walk out of the hotel for shopping, restaurants & convenience type stores.
