We liked the hotel overall very much: This is a truly 5-star hotel with many amenities, a great central location between the old and the new city, friendly staff and great entertainment as well. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a magnificent view of the old town and the Hassan-II mosque. The room had very comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The air conditioning was working perfectly. Even though the Hotel is centrally located between two main streets, the windows were isolating noise from outside very good. The blackout curtains were perfectly shading the room to be dark for a good sleep. The breakfast was of a very high quality and offering lots of choices. The breakfast staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the highlights is the picturesque pool located under palms within a small lush garden, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a terrace restaurant. It is worth to mention that the pool is heated and offers a perfect temperature for a swim. The hotel offers a free-of-charge car parking area which was a great plus for us arriving with a rented car. The hotel offers several dining options. We liked especially the middle eastern restaurant which is decorated like a tent. This venue offered excellent live Arabic musicians and singers which were of a fantastic professional level. In other places, you have to pay hundreds of dollars so see such quality entertainment!

The furniture and the carpet in the rooms seem a bit outdated. The mini bar is equipped with an automatic charging system once you take out an item - this could be especially challenging when travelling with kids. This might be only a coincidence, but on our arrival, a very high amount of 1000 USD was blocked from my credit card for any possible extras based on a 4 nights and 2 rooms stay. The person at the reception neither explained this verbally clearly enough nor provided a copy of the transaction bill. After a short discussion the next day, the amount was released.

Location, room size, and staff and service are all excellent. Lobby is nice. It's always encouraging to see the crew from a decent airline using the hotel - in this case it's Emirates. Food menu was limited and dinner was ok. Hotel car option for MAD 600 to airport is reasonable and efficient.

A major inconvenience is having the toilet part of the bathroom completely separate, in a small closet like space right in front of the room door. Suggest hotel considering removing the bathtub, in at least some of the rooms and replacing it with the toilet so frequent guests have an option. Food menu is limited, perhaps due to it being the Eid holiday. Hotel did not reply to my query about airport taxi cost sent earlier so I had to ask at reception when checking in. Same to add my Hyatt Gold Passport number to reservation.

The hotel is central and it has big room, big bathroom, good breakfast, very good food in the restaurant.

Cleaning - not as it should be (no washing the floor, no cleaning tables and furniture) Toilet - old and not function properly The window is not opening ! So everything smells in the room ! Food and drinks - very expensive ! Twice as everywere in the city ! No Non-smoking area in the restaurant ! To much staff - some of them not so ok !

The Location and Friendliness of all the Staff in the Hotel - From Checking In with Rania to the Lounge staff with Siddik Yahya and Ossauma they were fantastic. Special mention to Rida who is simply amazing and extremely helpful for everything and Mona always smiling at breakfast/lunch. The Hotel has a dated interior which provides character. However the warmth of all staff is first class. Thanks also to Sukana and Khalid in the Moroccan restaurant for several fun evenings

Very comfortable hotel, with all amenities that you might need. Great pool with entertainment during the afternoons. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and have entertainment at night. The location is great, with easy access to the most important places to see in Casablanca.

if you don't get the breakfast included in the room rate, the price on-site seems too high to me. To be honest, paying over USD 25 per person for a buffet breakfast in Morocco when you're a guest in the hotel doesn't make much sense... I understand you pay an additional fee, but USD 25 is not in line with context in my opinion.

Service was good, clean place, it was very comfortable. Food and drinks was good. Location was in good place.

All was good, except of the smelling in room. Based on the photographs provided, we expected to see parquet in the room. But the rooms had carpet, which, along with the smell, caused allergies. A little bit old hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, like an 80's decoration but very well taken care off. Really love it, and the view from the room was amazing. Could see the city and the mosque in front.

its strange that the gates are all closed, so the entry is not so elegant as it should be. the surrounding areas are not very nice.

Extremely warm and welcoming Staff with special mention to Mr Rida and Mr Siddik who are both wonderful hosts. The Front desk with Rania and Mona at breakfast and Ahmed the Concierge were so warm and friendly and always willing to assist you.

The property in the bedrooms and corridors are a little outdated.
