Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Excellent location for the main city centre right at the roundabout. Most importantly, it's worth the price. Breakfast was OK.

The negative aspect was bathroom drainage, which was a bit clogged. It was time taking to drain the water after every shower.

Its prime location offered easy access to everything, making it incredibly convenient. I stayed for four nights, The hotel's staff, from the welcoming receptionists to the diligent cleaning team, provided exceptional service with attention to detail. The cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable, surpassing expectations for a hotel of this rating. The Windsor Hotel boasted luxurious amenities and tastefully decorated rooms that exuded elegance and comfort. The on-site restaurant served a delightful breakfast, complemented by attentive service. The room had a nice balcony, lots of restaurants and shops in the area, Hassan2 masjeed is not so far from the hotel. Medina is also just a few minutes by walking away. Breakfast during Ramadan was so well organized. I loved the variety of the breakfast especially the fresh juice was great. The staff is so kind and they are all helpful. I booked only 3days and extended my stay for more than a week. Will definitely come again in sha Allah. Thanks for all!

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was ok, lots of pastries.

The AC didnt work but the night were not super warm so it was okay. It was loud at night (lots of honking, loud cars and people talking very loud outside) but I was expeting it since a lot of comments said it.

Everything top in this hotel and Hanan is the best The best hotel I stayed in Casablanca. The food was amazing. I really liked the food. The treatment of the people in the hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean and the price of the hotel was excellent. Special thanks to Hanan. She was the best person I dealt with in the hotel, as she took care of everything.

This is my favorite hotel in Morocco. It's a well run establishment with friendly and efficient staff, led by the kindly Hassan. Rooms are very well maintained, spacious and thoughtfully appointed, making it a fantastic value in a great location. I always stay at the Windsor when in Casa and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel location is very convenient, 5 minutes drive to the US general consulate. Hassan checked me in, he was working by him self to check in many guests. He went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a twin bedroom. I wanted to stay another night, it was unfortunate to cancel it for personal reasons, Hassan understood the situation and let me check out at 12:45PM. I will recommend Windsor hotel city center to my friends and will stay there again. The breakfast buffet is awesome from the fresh orange juice to home made omelettes and crêpes.

the hotel is well located in Casablanca in walking distance from all attractions and Train stations, the room was clean and a very good size with a balcony the staff were very accommodating and helpful specially the lady at the reception. I will highly recommend this place for the value and the price specially I’m travelling all time and I’ve been to many hotels around the country this is among them all.

Very spacious room, king-size bed was indeed kingsized and comfy, little fridge in the room, clean bathroom, fast working elevator, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast as a buffet, a lot of different options to have.

The traffic outside was quite loud but it's not the hotel's fault. There was no option available to pay via Booking.
