Located in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. So much activity in the neighborhood that I did not feel unsafe even late at night. 20 mins walk from Casa Port station. Courteous and helpful staff at late night check-in, who managed to communicate very well with the help of a translation app. They were kind enough to allow me to split the payment between different currencies. Spacious room with blackout curtains and noise insulation. Very comfortable and clean bed and pillows. Well functioning bathroom with soap dispenser. Late checkout.

Upholstered furniture (sofa, etc.) were stained. Kitchenette lacked some basics. No electric kettle or microwave, so I had to heat up water in a saucepan on the electric stove for coffee. No mugs, only glasses.

Amazingly helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, hot water and kitchenette in room, very decent location, in room a/c works well, and balcony is pleasant. Overall amazing stay.

Beds were very stiff, noises from street not a problem, but hotel located directly across from a mosque that announces prayer from a speaker 5 times a day, normally not a problem except for first and last at around 6:30am and 20:30pm, light sleepers be aware

Rooms were clean, everything needed was there. Staff were great- helped with everything. Located in a walking distance to the coast in a good but local part of the city. Strongly recommended place in Casa.

It must be mentioned that there is a mosque on the other side of the street with very loud speakers, however I figure that an early wake-up is a thing that is synonymous with Muslim countries.

Staff were awesome! Kind, friendly, generous, helpful. Room was clean, shower had hot water. Anything missing was available at front desk. Location was great, very walkable, taxis easily accessible. Little courtyard was a bit neglected but still nice to sit in.

Beds a bit too firm, need a softer mattress topper. I used one of the extra comforters which helped some. The call to prayer was loud and street in front of it was noisy. A good pair of earplugs are essential.

The position was great for all that I wanted to see. The room was very clean and spacious. A small kitchen with a fridge which was handy to have. Comfortable bed and a lovely hot shower. The staff were always available for any help required. Jalil was especially helpful with any questions I had.

The cleanliness was so-so, def not sparkling new but not bad, my first set of sheets had a small stain on it and some hair, I don’t know if it was from the cleaning person or what, but they did replace them for me without any fuss.

We booked two rooms with friends. The location is excellent, close to the center. We were ordered a transfer from the airport. We arrived at night, but the administrator works here 24 hours. Breakfast is good, not very expensive. Jaul and Abdu are very helpful and nice workers. I recommend this hotel for Casablanca. The weather was bad, but that couldn't be fixed.

Great location in the old town, good for local authentic lifestyle experience, very friendly locals, taxis accessible quickly, quiet well appointed room with all facilities in good working order and very clean.

Very friendly, helpful staff, the room was a good size, updated and nice, the bathroom was wonderful. I appreciated having the balcony as well, and there were simple convenience/grocery stores within easy walk.

I like to cook a simple breakfast (one pan of eggs/bacon/potatoes, etc), the kitchenette could have used a few more cooking utensils.

Abdulsalam is a great receptionist/ host. He made us feel right at home and he had good recommendations. They take pride in their work and their place. Although the hotel is in a busier part of the older section of the city, it was quite during the day and night. Good access to near by local vendors. Good location/access to different places you will want to visit, and very easy access to taxis.

Beds were a bit squeaky and hard. We noticed this to be a general issue in different places in Morocco though.
