Breakfast was nice, location is good, room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Overall good value considering the price. Enjoyed staying here for 3 days.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. it’s close to restaurants, stores, the Medina, central market and other sights. it’s a 10 minute taxi ride to Hassan II Mosque and a 12 minute ride from the train station Casa Voyageurs. This is a very walkable city. My room was VERY comfortable and super clean. Their staff is great and very welcoming. The front desk person, Tare, was very helpful and friendly. I’m very grateful to all of them. Breakfast was really really good and includes all-you-can drink delicious mint tea and coffee. I’m glad breakfast starts at 7:00am since I prefer to start my day very early. For solo females travelers like me: This hotel is safe and secure and in a nice centric neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

you need to have transportation service for your clients so that the clients dose not have to hire cab from outside & you really need to work on the air conditioning

Fresh, clean sheets and a spotless environment throughout the stay. Fully stocked with hygienic essentials, including paper, shower products, and a steady supply of clean water. No issues with cleanliness—everything was pristine, and no pests in sight. My 3-year-old was comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety that satisfied everyone and set a great tone for the day. The hotel lived up to its 4-star reputation, even exceeding expectations. Billing was seamless, with an invoice promptly provided and no discrepancies. A truly enjoyable experience that I would happily recommend

The staff working there is nice, especially i want to highlight Habib in the frontline, i think he is a good ambassador and big asset for this hotel, he is very professional and serviceminded. Always ready to assist the guests with a smile. His presence shines through and creates a friendly environment. I extended my stay several times because I liked the atmosphere of the hotel.
