The Resort is located right in front of the beach, and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade room with view over the ocean for our girls to enjoy more their stay. The personelle was really courteous, nice and kind. They are very accomodating and helpful. The young man by the reception was very kind to give us some tips and explained to us different great places in Essaouira and transport and handed us a huge map of Essaouira. :) The pool area was very good maintaining the good hygiejne and made it easier to keep an eye on the kids. The Garden/veranda was really beautiful and relaxing and the fresh winds from the ocean made it very enjoyable. Omg! We enjoyed the morrocan mint te so much! The lady by the breakfast entrance indeed so smiling and accomodating, all of them! And until we left the hotel the guard man was very helpful and made sure we left the hotel with smiles in our faces. We were so lucky to witness the tour du maroc right in front of our hotel.. We had the best times! The sunset it feels so romantic over the Essaouira beach, our horse riding and camel riding experience were the most unforgetable while facing the surfing and kites in the sea. The sand of the beach was the finest and feels good at our feet! And oh the colorful medin! Only if we had more time and if only Ayla and Ayana likes to long distance walking, we’d probably enjoy more the place! And it feels so great to have visited the Essaouira fish port! The best fish port I ever seen in my life! With variety of fishes and I made sure to have tried some of them! Essaouira's Ramparts are featured most in the Game or Thrones' Astapor scenes, gladiator and many more! It was an overall experience that will for sure remain in our memories! We will definetly go back to Essaouira and wiæl always choose to stay at this place.

Nothing really.. everything is wonderful! Ah maybe the taxi because we are a family of 4 with small children but we needed to split and get 2 taxi because they had this rules of only to occupy max 3 passengers per taxi. Actually the hotem is located very nice just short walking distance to medina and fish port and the beach is just in front of the hotel.

Be careful choosing sea view room. Yes, there is good sea view, but road is noisy in evening and at night.

Low season in Essaouira so the hotel was not busy at all. Quite a large hotel with a resort feel, right across from the beach which was nice. After staying in Riads in Marrakech, having a big modern room was quite the upgrade. Room was large, shower and bathtub, and couch and TV. King bed was very comfortable. Oh and they upgraded us upon check-in, which was also super nice. We did not have breakfast included but when I checked in the morning, the spread looked pretty decent. It's about a 15 minute walk from the bus station/entrance into Old Town, and its a nice walk along the water. I'm glad we chose here vs in the old town.

No coffee / tea making station which I need in the morning. I asked for a kettle at the front desk but apparently their room service closet/attendee doesn't start until 7am. We were able to get tea from the downstairs restaurant but additionally, they eventually delivered a kettle and mix of tea bags to the room (extra cost for the teas).

Location was excellent, cross the street to be on the sandy beach We were upgraded to a suite which had an amazing view of the ocean The staff were friendly and welcoming and accommodated our requests, for example opening the gym at out of normal hours. Thank you atlas

Although the décor was really nice, especially the rose tables in the reception area, for me the details matter. For example, not having a bolt on our room door, or not having the do not disturb sign to be able to hang on our door reserved me in giving it full stars. The swimming pool outsode was great but despite us going in July the water was very cold, so heated outside pool would be a great addition. Full options for breakfast are not clear / publicised - if we had not read reviews we would not have realised that fresh omelettes and crepes were an option.

We were upgraded to sea view, and the view is very good. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was very large and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little old fashioned but was large comfortable and functional. The breakfast was really excellent, a buffet with loads of choice. The pool was really good and mostly quiet. A good pool is a big advantage as the beach at Essaouira is windy and not the best for sunbathing. The hotel has a private beach area (but this was not pointed out to us when we arrived). Hotel is an easy short walk from the old town or a very cheap taxi ride.

Location was good. Facility was clean. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Housekeeping did their job but did not go beyond. Spa is amazing and great service. In our 4 days there the lobby store was never opened. Bed was comfortable

Towels are worn We did have leaking faucet in bathroom that periodically caused flooding on sink. Raised concern and maintenance looked at it but couldn’t see obviously where it came from. So we just dealt with wiping counter as needed

Amazing hotel, lovely spacious comfy rooms, great breakfast with lots of choice, good location for short walk to medina, overlooking beach so sunsets are wonderful, but looking out at the sea view as you wake is hard to leave, we have stayed here before and it is still one of the best hotels in essouira , but what makes it my first choice is the customer care, all the staff excel in making your stay perfect

I had a great stay at the Atlas Hotel! Thank you Ayoub for a speedy checkin which took less than 5 minutes and giving us a room upgrade! The sea view room was spacious and had plenty of space to relax in. The beach is across the road and there is a private beach area for guests of this hotel. We went in February and there was hardly anyone on the beach. Le Severn restaurant is situated on the beach and the food is very good and conveniently located. You have toilets there too. The bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom has good quality toiletries and shower had good power The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods. You can order your eggs to be freshly made and Moroccan pancakes. We tried room service for breakfast and obviously had less of a selection but still good. Let them know what style of eggs you want. I also had room service for dinner and tried the roast chicken and burger and chips and both were excellent. Price was the same as some of the restaurants outside. The massage therapist in the hotel were excellent so highly recommended. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Throughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

EVERYTHING!!! I had a dream stay at Atlas Essaouira ❤️🧡😍 I checked just before New Year's Eve and could not have asked for a better place, with the most amazing people to welcome 2023. Let's start with the AMAZING director, Nadia💖 A more welcoming, dedicated and world class hotel executive I haven't met. When I checked in, she told me 'You are home' and I felt that way every single day of my stay. The hotel is spotless (not a speck of dust anywhere), the decor is spectacular and the facilities (you want to check out the heated pool in the spa 😉) are awesome. She had a New Year's Eve dinner that was magical, with live music from various traditional Moroccan groups, a belly dancer and a DJ who was so good I started following him.on IG. It was a musical tour of Morocco with a fun, fun countdown to the new year. The staff is super professional, attentive and friendly. Sanae at La Boutique helped me pick fabulous pieces I can't wait to rock. Mustapha. Mohammed & the rest of the serving staff at Les Alizés always had a smile for me when I came for breakfast and never rushed me even though I always showed 5mins before closing lol Samira at the spa...OMG!!!...She has the softest and strongest hands ever! Make.sure you get your massage and facial with her💖 One of the security guards walked me to the beach at night across the hotel to make sure I was OK for this particular pic I wanted to take then stayed with me until I was done. Essaouira is a beautiful beach town. You can ride a camel or a horse on the beach, pick your fish from a fisherman and have it grilled on the spot, do great shopping! The next time I come to Essaouira, it will be at the Atlas or I will change my dates...that's how much I loved the place. Thank you Nadia & team🙏🏽🙂😍🧡❤️

Upgraded to Seaview room 🫶 thank you so much!! The view was spectacular- loved how we could open our windows and have fresh, sea air! Food was good - steak was excellent. Front desk manager very willing to assist and help. Late check out for meeting our later transfer Loved the location to the beach Easy to get taxis Laundry service fast and effective Some good breakfast selections.

Front desk reception staff not overly helpful Spa staff not overly helpful and not friendly (put me off getting a spa and spending a considerable amount of money) Shower fitting needs to be upgraded A/C needs to be upgraded as room got really hot at night. Due to football World Cup, when we were watching it - soft drinks were doubled in price and we were not told about it. When queried, the staff said yeah we doubled the price, and that was it.
