Staff are super nice and very hospital Anything you ask is done right away. Room service was super quick Housekeeping clean room every day with new towels. Reception staff well trained concierge was outside the hotel to welcome the guests we arrived with a rental car. He took our luggage inside and then he took our car to their parking space. This was nice service reduced alot of looking for hotel parking place. The hotel manager is well trained on customer service and very good listening. The service hotels provide is equivalent to 5star. Jamilla Manji

A swimming pool can use a bit of love care

The location was great and close to Medina. Room was lovely with balcony to sea views. Breakfast had good choices with omelette Station and plenty of fruit and salads. But the staff were an absolute delight and very friendly and helpful. Parking is public in front of hotel and free and the staff were most efficient at finding a space.

There was no pre warning that the pool was shut throughout our stay. Also there are no refunds for cancellations which definitely put me off booking until relatively certain that trip will happen

This seems to be a rather new hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms, a nice balcony with a superb view of the Ocean. The style is functional but rather cool. Especially the restaurant has no charme. The pool is on the ground floor and covered. The staff was helpful but did not seem to be very motivated, at least at breakfast time. This hotel is perfect for a good night sleep. The rest of the day we spend outside anyway. And the price is correct too.

Nice room fantastic view, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the location was good for both the beach and walking to the Medina. Good internet speed we would definitely go back and probably go for the same room 402 which had a very nice balcony with sun most of the day 2 sun loungers and a small table and two chairs,

We didn't realize that it was an alcohol-free hotel but once we found out on day one there was no great problem.

The location was excellent with amazing views of the sea from the balcony. It was a short walk along the seaside down to the medina and close to some lovely restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped to answer all of our questions. The beds were so comfy, it was like sleeping on clouds. We really loved our stay here and would come back again. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday by friendly staff.

The WiFi didn’t work very well in our room and we found this difficult as we had no mobile data to use. The breakfast was quite average, the pastries weren’t overly fresh and there were limited options. The area outside beside the pool is very small and could do with some work. The pool was small and too cold for us to get in during our stay.

Room is big and has wonderful ocean view. Such a wonderful experience to see sunset from our own room or balcony. Bed is quite comfortable. Location is great. You get to enjoy the ocean boulevard and can easily walk to the center to shop or dine.

Missing a few essentials when we checked in the room, seems like the staff forgot to refill soap and coffee/tea cups, but not a big deal. Swimming pool is not heated (not sure if this is the case for most hotels in this country). Can’t really use it in fall/winter months.

I had the pleasure of staying at côté océan in Essaouira, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. superb location right on the front line of the beach. close to walk to the port/fishing area & the old part of town with the old Medina, castle ruins etc A modern hotel with good size room & en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. nice shower gel & shampoo provided facilities for making tea/coffee in the room, . very clean white fluffy towels. double bed, pillows & duvet very comfortable. we had breakfast at the hotel which was buffet style with plenty of choices.

it’s not a ‘not like’ but just mention that the en-suite bathroom had a separate cubicle for the toilet (which is a great idea) however it was rather a tight fit to sit down if you are very tall person)

Great location, along the sea front, close to the medina. Very attentive staff. Clean modern room with nice balcony with sea view. Fridge & kettle in the room. Nice spa & pool.

On arrival, the furnishing and layout of the reception area looks a bit dated, but do not be put off by that, because the quality of the rooms and staff is excellent. Make sure you get an ocean view room, which is not just behind the tree.
