Locación was very good, near a mall, nice walk to the royal palace, and 5min taxi to the medina. Rooms were spacious and very clean Helpful staff

The location in the city center next to a mall with restaurants and less than 30 minutes by foot to the Medina. The very comfortable beds. The modern installation and the efficient air conditioning. It was very cold in Fes with temperatures between 2 and 5° at night but we did not feel it, as opposed to a famous riad we have been to a couple of days earlier, were it was very chilly at night. Nice and friendly staff at reception.

There are a a lot of details that need to be looked after. The Hotel Manager should work hard on unleashing the potential of this modern hotel, that is hidden by some lack of professionalism. A couple of examples: the bottle of gel in the bedroom was broken, the phone did not work because the cable was not well fixed (which I did myself), the transfer to the airport came 20 minutes later and responded when I complained: "4:20 or 4:00 is the same....". I am talking 4:00 in the morning! How can 4 clients (including two chlidren) wake up so early and then wait 20 minutes for the driver?

Excellent location. 5 min drive from train station, 10 minutes to tourist attractions. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large with massive comfy firm bed and a cloud of pillows. Felt very luxurious at excellent room rate.

Only water in room on arrival. When the local water is not recommended to drink then hotel should provide 1 bottle per person daily for bushing teeth and drinking. We have found the same throughout Morrocci so not just this hotel..

In Morocco generally operates air conditioning or heating, the installation decides which... unfortunately these hotels do not have air conditioning in March. The breakfast is not good, it is not varied, many people, it looks like a worker's dining room. 3 or 4 buses with tourists at the same time. You pay for something different.

The bed is really big and comfortable. It was my birthday during my stay, they surprised me with a birthday cake and a delicious cake that was brought to the room. It was a pleasant surprise.

Given that the water in the room is not potable, I would expect the hotel to provide at least 1.5 l of water for each day of the stay. We had to buy water.

Location with central. It’s close to everything the staff were very friendly. One particular staff was very helpful, and it was ILHAM She was very professional and had very good knowledge of Fez. And it was very pleasant to talk to her English knowledge was very good, very well spoken.

It had everything that you would want to do in the hotel. Excellent service staff are good. Do you have parking facilities all good?

The hotel location was great - 10 mins away by taxi to Mediná - sourrounded by great bars, cafés, restaurants and a big shopping center Very comfy hotel room... very clean... perfect to recover from the day activity. Breakfast with a lot of food variations Pool to cool down from the outside heat

I really liked the set-up of the room, the comfortable bed, the sliding doors and the beautiful style of the main room. The 24 hour desk was super helpful for us, the overall style of the hotel is great! Love the location, sooo central.

That we had to wait 30 minutes for the booked and confirmed airport shuttle, the worn out toilet and bath sink, the ashtray in the restroom and smell of smoke, the view out on the hotels ventilation system.

The staff in the restaurant were great specially ILHAM, I was not feeling very well in the morning and she made me a really nice remedy that I took and made me feel better that’s how accommodating she was and that’s what makes the hotel feel like you are at home
