It's a nice hotel, with a pool, several outside areas, a restaurant, café and bar in an area with loads of cafés and restaurants. The location is not very central, but if you use petite taxi you can get to the city center for around 11-13 dirham. Don't fall for the taxi drivers that linger around outside the hotel. Locals probably know. On the opposite site of the street, there is at least one simple, good, local, and cheap restaurant to have coffee, breakfast, and even lunch/dinner.

The cleanliness was not what I expected from a four star hotel. The bathtub drain was clocked, stains on towels, the floor and the bidet, mold on the bathtub door's plastic seal. The staff was very friendly about it though and helped us immediately to get the bathroom cleaned a bit deeper for the second night of our stay. The rest wonderful!!

The room was clean and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.The location was what I wanted-in the Ville Nouvelle close to cafés and restaurants...The staff were reasonably friendly.I want to say a big Thank You to Meryem who handled check-in.

Breakfast,at MAD100,I felt was very expensive in view of the limited variety of food on offer.I thought that MAD50 would have been enough.....WiFi in my room was at times very poor...This was very annoying.

I thought it is a bit far away to go to old town, but it was just 10 min by taxi and price was just 30 MAD. All staff is so kindly and very good customer service. Room is clean and there was a bathtub. I felt the location is safely than old town. So it didn’t need worry about walking around at the night time. Also we ate a dinner in front of the pool. Food was nice and staff was so friendly. We spent a great time. Thank you very much!!

the rooms are big and the staff are nice. the rooms are clean , i’ve seen them clean them and wipe the floor. Most of the rooms have its own balcony, they are all located around the pool ( a big U shape). the location is really good.

the breakfast is not good at all !!! i would say there is nothin to eat. 4 types of bread with only one type of cheese. They don’t have room service. I was very thirsty at night , asked the reception for water , he said nothin is here and he can’t help me . it was around 11 pm. you could prepare for it in advance and buy water from the markets around the hotel , unfortunately they close early. there are a lot of insects , we can’t blame the hotel. I had to buy the insects plug , which managed the situation 180 degrees.

The balcony is big The location is good if you want to walk ( the center) The garden was green and clean with the swimming pool

the ground was not covered! you must therefore have shoes for indoors because the floor is very cold and it is not easy to change your clothes either. The chairs in the balcony were not covered also so you can't use them! The internet connection wasn't fast in the room

Loved the reception area, the pool and courtyard. Loved the fact we had decent size room, bathroom and balcony. Wifi good. Onsite parking a plus.

Needed work...furniture and decor need updating. Bathroom door did not close. Sockets were open and need replacing/updating. No lift. Location a bit far from local places of interest (about 30 minute walk, not good for some).

It’s easily found by tour guides and drivers which makes it easy when booking. It has a lovely outdoor area with a large pool, and another lovely outdoor area in the gardens. The staff are all very friendly and professional

The hallways have no carpet so they echo, which isn’t great when people are coming in late and not considerate of others. That’s people though

The rooms decor was was outdated and needed refreshing. The bath towels were poor quality and very small and you could not have more than two each day. No kettle was provided in the room for tea and coffee making. No satellite TV in the room unfortunately. Balcony door would not lock. No safety deposit box in the room even though it was advertised as being in the room.

big rooms, good price, big swimming pool. there is a restaurant available, prices are acceptable. the man from reception help me to print the tickets and gave me indications.

not really an inconvenient but the furniture might be changed, it is a bit old for a 4* hotel. but overall acceptable. also the breakfast might be improved(more diversity, meat was missing but there were fruits, croissant etc )

Very comfy beds,good range of English TV channels. Very quite. Great swimming pool. It was the off tourism season so Hotel very quite. Many cafes and restaurants across road. Off road parking. Very clean and staff very helpful

Restaurant and bar are expensive, higher prices than I pay at home.But just go across road for great cafes.
