First of all, excellent staff. Always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast was good. Location for me was perfect. Close to the medina & train station. In about 10min you are at the medina with the taxi for 20 or less dirham. Room is big enough, perfect shower (hot water and good pressure) and the room is clean. Thanks for the hospitality and i hope to come back one time😄

Nothing. Will book it again if i visit Fez another time!

This is a great little budget hotel. It's no frills, but that's reflected in the price and it was excellent value for money The rooms were clean and comfortable with a simple, minimalist decor. We paid a little extra for one of the slightly larger rooms with a terrace which was a nice place to sit out and watch the street activity. Comfortable bed and good blackout curtains. Surprisingly little street noise although its very central (I would avoid the ground floor front rooms though as they face straight onto the street). Nice bathroom and shower. Staff were lovely and very helpful Simple Moroccan breakfast of bread, pastries, jam, amalou, fresh orange juice and coffee was included - basic but very nice. Worth bringing slippers as the floor tiles are cold! It's a very easy walk from the main train station. It is quite a long walk from the old city though so best to get a taxi. Taxis are generally quite cheap - 10 or 20 dirham (some try to charge more so agree the fare in advance)

The minimalist decor and lack of soft furnishings mean that sound echoes around the building. This can be an issue if there are noisy guests.

The room was spacious, had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and the bathroom was also a good size. Very close to the train station and loads of taxis nearby. The breakfast was included and appreciated cause although there are a few cafes nearby I wouldn't suggest them.

The pillow was very small and hard. There weren't duvets available. Had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper cause it wasn't left by the staff. Although I had paid my stay the day before, I was asked to pay again at checkout because the staff didn't file the payment. I learnt from staff that the boss had said to the reception: "Be careful with room XX cause they haven't paid yet," which left me a strange feeling. They should check better how they manage payments because they can hurt feelings and probably take double payments from costumers that would pay cash. The price was well overpriced for the city standard. They can do better. The dwellings are quite new and clean, which is the only reason why I would use them again in the future.

The room was big, nice interior, the balcony was nice, the staff was nice, they even packed us a breakfast to go, since we had to leave early in the morning. Shower is hot and the bathroom is so big, you can even ride bike in there. The beds were super comfortable. Its a good location when you depend on the train station.

It's not so suitable when you want to visit fez, it takes about 40 minutes walk into the Medina. It's slightly more expensive, but worth it if you like the "western" style. Otherwise a total recommendation.

Breakfast was typically Moroccan and plentiful, staff very nice, helpful and friendly, always someone on Reception and secure entry with buzzer for access. Rooms were offered to be cleaned each day and you had the option to accept or decline. I found that two days cleaning in a week was enough. The place was immaculately cleaned and public areas too, and always smelt very nice. Our room was really large and was facing the street-side, however it was really quiet and couldn't hear anything from there (not a very busy street as well, but very close to the main city centre streets). The black out curtains are very effective! Huge modern bathroom, great shower. The garden where breakfast is taken is so pretty, with outside and inside areas to sit. Dunia on Reception during the day is so sweet, speaks excellent English and is so helpful.

Bed was a LITTLE hard for me, but then I can only sleep a certain way (propped up) due to coughing lots (long-standing issue / not Covid) and of course everyone has their preferences for bed firmness! Hubby was fine.

Great place to stay, very close to local amenities, 5 to 10 minutes walk to mcdonalds, pizza hut and supermarket. Don't need to catch a taxi their unless you struggle with general walking. The souks and old markets are wit quite far in, so you will need to get at there. Beautiful mosque within 2 minutes walk with lots of history.

We had two rooms and Our showers kept on over flooding after use. Not a major issue, but make sure you take extra flip flops to walk around the bathroom. Breakfast is very simple and veggie based but there are many restaurants nearby if you want a full meal.

Nice and clean hotel in the "ville nouvelle".

The location is not the best one if you want to visit the medina - taxi is recommended.

The hotel was strategically located close to the train/bus station, ideal to go to Rabat, Merzouga, Chefchaouen (though CTM is further away) Personel was extremely kind and welcoming. If you are planning to leave early in the morning they will preparare a breakfast bag so full it might as well be enough for a light lunch

The bathroom was a bit smelly when we arrived, although it was ventilated, so the smell quickly went off few minutes after

Great location, nice building, nice new ample room as it seems newer and cleaner than others in the city. TV was perfect with Netflix, great air conditioning, great beds, batrhroom, wide and confortable. good toiletries and great shower. We change hotels as the other one in the Medina was terrible but had much better ratings. This is a much better option if you prefer clean, fresh, lighted places. Its close to everything, 5 min cheap taxi ride to the medina. Walking distance everything. Nice neighborhood.

breakfast was ok. as it is in most hotels in Morocco. bread was cold. the bathroom had a bit of a smell but it had and extractor that worked, opening up the water helps, and this happens in most places in Morocco.

The facility was clean and the ready to accommodate us. The staff was helpful and always available to help. I stayed several days and truly enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was good. I stayed there for several days though, and there was never any change in what was offered. An occasional boiled egg or something would have been better. We had to ask for soap and towels and toilet paper, but the staff promptly got them for us.
