Royal Mirage Fes Hotel

I liked Everything. My plan to stay 2 days, I ended up with over a week. Starting with hotel location is in the city center and close to everything withing a walking distance. All Staff are greater than your expectation, Front desk team Miss Wafa the manager, Miss Eman, Miss Shaima, Mr. Ameen who is the night shift champion, thanks to all of you for you smile, support, being friendly and always going g to the extra mile beyond your means to resolve any issue that may arose. House keeping team are amazing and creative staff. I'm excited daily to come back to my room just to see what was the decoration for the day that they have made with towels. They keep surprising me. They added natural flowers and roses to my room. I really appreciate that. Thanks Miss Nawal, Miss Shaimaa and Miss Hakema, You have positively changed my stay at the hotel. Food & catering team thanks. I might have miss some people to thank, I appreciate your efforts and support. Thanks to all of you. And keep the standard of delivering comfortable stay to your guests. A lot of positive things in the hotel, greate team support. However, there are some room of improvement that I had already addressed to management, and they are aware of it and have a plan to resolve it. i.e. Furniture/Hotel renovation and asset maintainability. I wish you all the best to move forward and looking towards my next visit. Regards Talal

very nice hotel staff very cooperative especially the front office manager ouafae idrissi she she help me in every thing and she make me feel home the breakfast really delicious and contain many varieties othman in the restorant and abulrahman room service both was helpful in general all staff in reception and general manager and sheaf nabil and sabah and saad in restorant thanks for wonderful food

Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in Fez, kids loved it. The breakfast is great also, 5 🌟 rating from me. Thank you all at Royal Mirage, looking forward to seeing you on my next trip.

It was perfect and we enjoyed everything was amazing the staff precisely missies hanane helpeful smiling all the time she makes everything easy for us we thanks her a lot.

The breakfast is in the hotel as one of the best ,The staff and the service was excellent. Anything you asked for they will bring to you and they were very friendly it was well worth it. Everything was fresh and cooked in front of you.

I love staying in the Royal Mirage. It is very friendly atmosphere is beautiful that’s why I come back all the time the staff are very helpful and friendly

 Again, the location is at Central, it’s close to the shopping. It’s close to the old Medina and that is a very good taxi service to take it anywhere you want

Bed was very comfortable . Good quality sleep .a very spacious room . Good view from the windows: garden and swimming pool which was very decent . Excellent breakfast : freshness and service .good atmosphere in the evening enjoying a drink in the pool garden area

Bathroom tiles getting a bit old but did not bother me . I still had excellent hot baths

Prime location. The staff were really friendly and very professional. Specially the front of house Manager OUAFAE IDRISSI And her team. They are very Friendly, they make you feel like you’re at home I would be very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone

Staff could be a little more prompt to cater to clients needs eg at breakfast and around the pool

The interaction with the hotel staff was a great added value for the stay. Mrs. Ouafae et Mrs. Imane were very helpful. They were ready to help and assist, open for feedback and over all ensuring that the stay is perfect. I recommend without any constraints.
