Loved beautiful gardens. There was an ornamental lake with fountains , very tame ducks & peahens, & waking up to birdsong was very relaxing. The outdoor pools were stunning & there was a good sized heated indoor pool. Also loved the zen pool & spa available at sister hotel next door. Friendly helpful staff. Tasty cuisine. Fun activities./ entertainment. Excellent spa treatments Rooms in traditional Riads were comfortable & quiet away from main building with bar/ restaurant/theatre/ nightclub. Shuttle bus to historic centre. Excellent value for money in my opinion.

Shower cubicle in bathroom needs a door to prevent flooding. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but were clean.

The gardens are great and provide a relaxed vibe. Some food was real extraordinary, especially the marrocan pancakes at breakfast and lamp and fish at dinner.

Room had details than need fixing. You had to ask multiple times to get something.

The hotel was lovely and had a great pool, entertainment and a fab waterpark too. The all inclusive options worked well. The location was great and a very good way to explore Marrakech but relax too. The entertainment department was great.

The reception desk was not very helpful and we didn't feel the welcome we expected for the money we paid. No one explained how to find our room or how to get to the Aquapark. It took ages to get orientated with everything. Our room was ok but we didn't have enough towels and some linen and towels were stained. The food options were great but 3 out of 4 of us didn't feel well after eating.

The hotel was very heart warming and welcoming. Definitely felt like your in the heart of Morocco. I had a very good room thanks to Valentino! Also, the bar man and the people working there work so hard! The best man for me was Hamida in animation becuase he always checks on me and invited me to the activities! I will miss you all so much! . The animation girls didnt bother talking to me at all. They are only interested in men and not greeting you. If you travel alone as a women expect that.

Only the women animation never spoke to me or invited me to activities

Gorgeous, plentiful . Good was so nice and you could get whatever you wanted

The entertainment team and the activities each day were absolutely amazing and made our holiday extra special. Everyday different programme and the team heavily involves the public in each programme and activity. We couldn't ask for anything more especially given the price and the facilities. We used the spa for a muscular massage and again was given exactly what expected. A special shout out to Smiley, Sam, Zak, Riko & Yousef - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and full of great memories to last a lifetime! 100% recommended for a great relaxing yet fun holidays that will keep you occupied and entertained every moment. The only downside I could mention is bees everywhere and little ants in the rooms but given the climate here I think it's relitavely normal. Other than that have no complaints

The rooms were basic, need updating, phone to ring reception didn’t work & fridge didn’t work, beds very hard gave us both terrible back ache & no in room tea & coffee facilities

Staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds calm. And peaceful. Lots of activities if you wanted them. Accommodation far enough from bar to be quiet. The food was plentiful.

Shame that"all inclusive" did not stretch to fresh orange juice and real coffee but we had a relaxing second visit and would like to go again, God willing.
