The gardens are great and provide a relaxed vibe. Some food was real extraordinary, especially the marrocan pancakes at breakfast and lamp and fish at dinner.

Room had details than need fixing. You had to ask multiple times to get something.

The hotel was very heart warming and welcoming. Definitely felt like your in the heart of Morocco. I had a very good room thanks to Valentino! Also, the bar man and the people working there work so hard! The best man for me was Hamida in animation becuase he always checks on me and invited me to the activities! I will miss you all so much! . The animation girls didnt bother talking to me at all. They are only interested in men and not greeting you. If you travel alone as a women expect that.

The entertainment team and the activities each day were absolutely amazing and made our holiday extra special. Everyday different programme and the team heavily involves the public in each programme and activity. We couldn't ask for anything more especially given the price and the facilities. We used the spa for a muscular massage and again was given exactly what expected. A special shout out to Smiley, Sam, Zak, Riko & Yousef - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and full of great memories to last a lifetime! 100% recommended for a great relaxing yet fun holidays that will keep you occupied and entertained every moment. The only downside I could mention is bees everywhere and little ants in the rooms but given the climate here I think it's relitavely normal. Other than that have no complaints

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was amazing. Never met more kind, attentive and genuine people on a resort. They are only interested in you having a great time and it comes across in everything they do. Cannot fault them.

Food options could have been better. Struggled with choice. And snacks need to be provided and accessible throughout the day especially if it's all inclusive.

The rooms were basic, need updating, phone to ring reception didn’t work & fridge didn’t work, beds very hard gave us both terrible back ache & no in room tea & coffee facilities

Staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds calm. And peaceful. Lots of activities if you wanted them. Accommodation far enough from bar to be quiet. The food was plentiful.

Shame that"all inclusive" did not stretch to fresh orange juice and real coffee but we had a relaxing second visit and would like to go again, God willing.

would have preferred a door between the bedroom and shower/toilet not just an arc. Rooms didn’t have mats on the floor including the shower room. The shower head could not be tilted to face down so you wash your body without holding it. It only faced the sides or splash water far away from where you are standing. No shower mat to stop slips and falls. No liquid hand wash in bathroom dispenser. asked at the reception on 1st day but not put in until we left. The food was good but would have loved porridge to be included eg oats porridge

It was spacious and clean and a lot of activities which made it fun for the family and children. We didn’t get bored because there was so much to do. The staff were lovely making it a value for my money!

The effort on the food seemed a little lacking about other than that it was fine.
