The restaurant staff were amazing, they were so friendly and nice. They made my birthday and the whole trip special. The cleaners were very nice and taught me some French too. They never accepted that I didn’t want to clean the room entire room and they just did it anyways (I was out all day and came back late a few times, so really was no need). The layout of the hotel is nice and the beds were so comfortable, I never wanted to get up. The breakfast was good, nice selection every day.
The reception staff were a little rude and not helpful sometimes. The “pool” on the rooftop is really not much of a pool, it should be called a large jacuzzi without the bubbles.

Hotel is in a good location, close to many bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk to center with the main squares and bazaars etc. The hotel is also easily accessed by the airports and also main routes. The rooms in the hotel are a good size and nicely decorated, with good sized bathrooms. The restaurant is very good, and truly beautiful, if expensive (close to Swiss prices). The breakfast, which is given in the restaurant area is absolutely fantastic - especially if you like sweet things with lots of choice. The staff are also plentiful, welcoming and very helpful. There is also a good bar on the roof - which is great. The spa facilities are also worth checking out. Bonus points to this hotel in that it also has baby change facilities - the only ones we found in the whole of Morocco!!!!! I think the hotel in general is good value for money.
The prices for food and drinks are too high and the pools were not heated.

Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.
But do not expect european quality, even though everything is now more expensive then Switzerland. They try their best but ingreadients are lower quality, staff looks tired, breakfast is limited. For 150 EUR per night (out if the season) I stayed in Hilton in Japan, Netherlands, Switzerland etc. This is not the fault of the hotel, but 6 USD for a mint tea, 50 EUR diner per person of small not really special meals everywhere in the city is really sad. 10 eur for taxi wtf. I will not go back to Marocco. But if you do come to Marocco, this hotel is a good choice.

Oumaima from guest relations gave us a very warm welcome and booked us lunch at Jardin du Lotus and dinner at Azar - both were great recommendations- thank you. We loved how we were taken straight to the downstairs pool on arrival where were told about the hotel, breakfast times etc and our bags were taken to our rooms for us. Lunch at the rooftop bar was delicious and the service was very good. The prestige suits were lovely, and spacious and very good value for money. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The massage in the spa was lovely and very good value. The location was great. Would highly recommend.
There was noise from the street in the middle of the night on 2 nights from someone outside shouting.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Great to have a refrigerator and balcony. Everything clean and we liked the rooftop bar alot. Good breakfast selection.
The room was a bit dark since there were no lights in the ceiling except in the entrance. The cleaning staff didn't fill up the handsoap and left a cleaning cloth on the bidet. Small things really and no big deal. At breakfast it sometimes took a long time to get coffee and cutlery. A menu said they had eggs and omelettes but it was very unlear how to get some of that. The staff at breakfast were the least attentive at the hotel but not so bad that we wouldn't stay again.

Beautiful, modern hotel opposite the Royal Tennis Club of Marrakesh in the Gueliz area. Location is close to many restaurants and handy for shopping malls and designer stores. Drink store (off licence) is 100m for those who like a tipple in the room! Ample buffet breakfast served in the restaurant or outside in the downstairs terrace. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Guest relations advisor provides recommendations and will make reservations upon request. Allowed us to check in 2 hrs early and received a free upgrade to a suite. Bed is large and very comfortable. Rooms and hotel are quiet at night. Rooftop has a cocktail bar, swimming pool and sunloungers. Staff again very helpful, great selection of drinks and tapas are excellent quality. The spa is located in the basement and would highly recommend the hammam treatment - one for couples is available. Doormen are on duty at night for added security for guests. Due to an early checkout, we were given a takeaway breakfast for the airport. If coming back to Marrakesh would definitely stay here again and is a bit quieter than the medina.
Housekeeping didn't replace bath towels, but otherwise, everything was excellent.

Great hotel in a good location situated outside of Marrakesh centre but very easy taxi ride. Staff amaxing and could not do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, with good air conditioning. Breakfast lovely, plenty of choice and a very nice start to the day. We had various food, all of which was fresh and very tasty. Roof top pool great, Dj, bar, good etc. the pool itself could do with a little maintenance but it didn’t ruin the experience - it’s very clean, it just has a few tiles missing etc. the same for the downstairs pool. Both beautiful spaces to chill. The Dj is fab and goes on until late - great atmosphere! The spa is fabulous - a group of 6 and we all had treatments which were amazing. A great experience of the tradition Hammam. Would highly recommended this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
