Staff: There is plenty of staff at all areas of the hotel. To us all friendly, helpful and they work to the best of their ability. Negative reviews concerning staff are misplaced in my opinion. Rooftop: Very nice rooftop pool, very good and active lifeguard. Clean and plenty of seating around the pool. There is also a bar with additional seats. Room: Big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. No hygiene issues in the room, the bathroom had some flaws, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. Balcony included. Location: In a bit more quiet part (which we preferred) but still close to 2 crowded streets including the main Street through Gueliz. (5 to 10 minutes walk) and the N7 (5 minutes walk). The hotel has a good layout, 2 working elevators for the customers and 1 for the staff, enough seating in the reception area and is kept clean. Breakfast: Passable. Enough choice but some fruit would be a good addition. No experience with the dinner. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel. If you alter your expectations and don't expect everything to be new in an older hotel, the hotel will meet your expectations. We spent 7 days in the hotel and would stay again.

The fitness area itself should be for free as it's not worth paying for. The restaurant could use several child seats.

The hotel had wonderful facilities - gorgeous pool, good spa, big room with huge beds, lovely dining room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, our air conditioning was quite weak in our room but it was fixed as soon as I mentioned it at reception for example. The breakfast was spectacular, I can’t believe how much and what variety they provided, delicious.

The beds were a little hard, the hotel had a slightly ‘corporate’ feel which was a shame, there weren’t any chairs on the balcony (but it was really too hot to sit out there so not a problem)

The hospitality was amazing staff really went out of their the way to ensure our needs were met. The rooms were extremely clean and smelled amazing. They upgraded us to a bigger room than we booked. We had complimentary breakfast and dinner. Really good value for money. Also a 15-20 min taxi drive from the airport. The area also felt really safe.

I wasn't a fan of Moroccan cuisine and therefore did not enjoy the breakfast/dinner. However my wife really enjoyed Moroccan cuisine so she loved it.

Lovely quiet hotel, stylish interiors from another era , beautiful views from spacious roof terrace with pool, comfortable secluded and spacious screened and shaded private boxes around pool. Lovely old dining hall. Helpful and very polite staff. Good buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, and beautifully presented evening buffet. And a nice mix of guests.

A few features were tired eg the fridge door in my room. The coffee was from a machine.and charged extra at dinner. The orange juice in the morning was not freshly squeezed , more like long life.

Nice looking hotel outside the Medina. About 8 min drive to Medina. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Morocco, I give this one a solid 8/10. The restaurant was not excellent. The menu is limited. The location of the hotel requires a car. We had a driver during our whole stay, so the distance from the Medina was not an issue for us. The A/C system was OFF but you really didn't need a/c. There was loud construction and noise from 7 am. It sounds bad but the hotel is nice, if you want a very nice room outside the Medina for cheap? I recommend it ONLY if you have a car or driver.

The location was outside the Medina. Loud noises (construction) early AM. No a/c. The rooms, while comfortable, are showing their age/use. I had the towel bar fall to the floor, for example. Small things but all in all, I recommend it IF you have a car or driver. Restaurant.

Our stay in Imperial was fantastic! The location was good and the service was extraordinary! The reception people namely Khalil and Amal were very nice and helped us with everything! Thank you very much for making our stay perfect!

The gentleman who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, had a nice pool and air-conditioning in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The restaurant manager(a short old man). He was usually angry and swearing with +18 words! He did not show professionalism and was not helpful!

Exceptional attentive staff always cheerful and informative. Wonderful roof top pool and the accommodation cost represented great value for money

The only minor negative was the location, being a little way out of town. But taxis are really cheap and plentiful

Great hotel i was a bit skeptical about the negative comments they are extremely exaggerated. The staff are very nice and polite and even helpful the hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are queen size so very confy. The room had alot of natural lights coming through. It was a lovely stay. Room service came everyday too! If i go to Marrakech i'd stay there again. :)

Maybe because the hotel was fully booked but they didn't have enough towels that's the only negative comment i'd say :) other than that everything was good. The staff are very hardworking kudos to them!
