I really like these apartments. Good utilities and spacious. Real chill vibe. Digital tv for foreigners it gets old watching tv in other languages. Lovely apartments amazing balcony. Very clean place and staff are hard working and effective. Easy check in. It's one of my favorite places at the minute.

You can't have friends who are morroccon stay with you even if you book multiple people. as it's illegal. Women and men. While not the hotels fault and I respect their values. They need to make this clear. Transparency is key. The area is noisy and full of every kind of person so being aware is important. Breakfast is one of the worst I've ever had. Not to be rude but I'm being honest. Other than that. I love this place and it's small things I'm pointing out for them to improve.

Although hotel is quite old and needs renovating it was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean with very comfortable pillows. With small living area and tiny kitchen with fridge.Breakfast was good for 3 day stay with amazing mint tea. Location - close to shops and restaurants, away from busy medina. We used pool once, but good enough to refresh during hot day. You need to bring towels from room as towels by the pool are not provided. About 20min walk from Medina and 10min walk from YSL gardens.

Every morning wake up at 4:30 due to it's close location of Mosque. Breakfast should be self service instead of waiting for the waiter to bring it to you. If you want to have safe it is 2€ per day. I think they charge for an air con, but I am not sure as we didn't have to use it.

The man on reception was a great guy, really helpful and friendly. There was safe parking under the hotel that you can access without going outside. The location is good, Carrefour nearby and a 20 minute walk into the old town. There were cooking facilities which was useful. Very good mint tea.

The pool was a little disappointing. It was very cold and looked a bit sad.

It was overall good plus they let us check in very early

I was there with 3 people and there was only one towel I asked if I can have another 2 and the man behind the counter didn't believe me that there wasn't 3 and only gave me one more

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they were always ready to help us with information and bookings! The location is perfect: calm and close to every place you must need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops, money changers)

Beds and pillows too hard, VERY VERY hard

Perfect location, friendly people, very good and safe parking. Very clean on the room.

They switched off air-conditioner regularly, we have to go every time to reception and ask to switch on. it was very hot those days. Breakfast is the same every day, they put all the food with hands and sometimes we could find somebody’s hair in coffee or juice.

Staff was good. Location was nice. Didn't had any problem while staying there. Breakfast was nice and healthy.

There was a water blockage in the toilet sink and bathing shower. Water should go away fast. It was not a problem in stay but it should be better.

Great location away from the centre but easy walking distance. Secure underground parking (access is quite steep!). Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms on the street side are warmed by the sun (useful in winter) but pick up noise from the street below.

Nice clean rooms. Excellent service from the cleaners to the reception staff. Very nice, helpful and friendly. The location is central in Gueliz with access to everything you need and short walking distance. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel did not provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. They did not provide access to an iron for clothes. The breakfast was the most basic an non optional. It was not continental but basic french/moroccan breakfast. There should have been more options available.
