Location great!! Service, room, choice of 8 restaurants, room service, a full casino since 1920s, night club (7 days a week), hotel has one outdoor heated pool. many pools in Palace (one indoors). Check it out!!! [Note: This property has two places to stay- the Hotel and then the Palace which is ABOUT €100 more expensive but has better spa, pools, etc. But you can visit Palace for the day for $25 from the Hotel. Then you can use there facilities. POKER: Texas holdem poker good to better here! €100 or €200 buy-in and tournaments daily, Omaha games going fairly regularly. CASINO: Live table games and poker (sorry, no craps).

Es Saadi hotel was brilliant for a short break in Marrakech. We were staying in the hotel and it's worth noting that the Palace is separate -- but we were able to use the gym, playground, restaurants etc in the Palace so it wasn't a problem. I'm not sure whether we were allowed to use the pool though which was a shame as it's enormous and has loads more variety. Though the pool iin the Hotel was also great -- big and with a terrace in the middle too. The staff were really attentive, absolutely lovely, made us feel really welcome and they were so kind to our two-year-old son too.

Great Location, value for money, service, staff and their attentiveness. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and flowers in the room. In my 5 days stay they all knew my name. Breakfast had good options, mustafa is amazing and made sure everyone not only me is happy and well frd. and room service menu is good too. Everyone is helpful and everyone smiles, you can even hear the room service lady, salima, smile through the phone.

The rooms are a bit "tired", if your room is facing the street all you can hear is horse carriages and speeding cars.

Beautiful pool area, excellent to have access/discount rates at the magnificent Es Saadi Palace hotel next door (a more expensive hotel, I believe), a huge comfy bed, very nice toiletries and staff on call at all hours. The hotel also facilitated early check in for me, which is a massive bonus when arriving on an early flight - I imagine that as long as the hotel is not fully booked, the very friendly and attentive reception team would be happy to do this for others too. Plus I loved the fact that there was access to the gym in the adjoining hotel. Every member of staff I encountered were all very professional and really helpful.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

I was with my wife and everything was so nice. The staff was very kind. the pool was quite enough. Location is super. you can go for shopping, you can you to old city by foot. We booked for halfboard and it was not bad but should be enlarge the menu for dinner.

It's huge hotel, lovely building, different activities and lovely catering staff.

Need new front desk with customer service experience to manage this lovely 5 stars hotel . The furniture need to be updated .

Service was exceptional across the resort - great guidance on where to visit, booking dinner. Breakfast area was great every morning, lunch by the pool was great. The location is easy to get into town and they made a great effort to find taxi's for us that helped us get to new areas.

the location is safe and perfect to reach the main restaurants and club. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are all the amenities necessary to make your stay pleasant: pool, 2 spas, a gym, a casino. amazing!

maybe the rooms and bathrooms could be refurbished.
