Great location, beautiful rooms and rooftop. Rooms - very modern, housekeeping service excellent, always extremely clean! Roof top - amazing design and the view. Could be more sun loungers for busy period ( as if there are 3 families other guests needs to sit on the chairs around the tables and slightly warmer pool would be a bonus. Breakfast, same menu every day, which could be annoying for longer stay, even after second day we felt that we would like more options. However we requested yougurt and it was available. Also, it was lovely cake suprise for my birthday. Spa - spa is very spacious and massage was good. Concierge - we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and cookies that was very thoughtful. There was some struggle with communication regarding tour payments (we wasn’t inform we need to pay cash) taxi(concierge explained taxi where to go, he went to wrong description and we needed to pay double and use our mobile data to explain after and restaurant reservations ( we asked to book a restaurant at 7.30 and only in the evening after 6pm staff said our booking is moved to 7pm. we rushed to get to restaurant and they said it was booked for 6.30 and we are late, thankfully after bagging we got a table for limited time) that we noted back and received apologies from the staff but I would expect more clear guidance and extra mile service.

Modern, new and with a sophisticated design. Breakfast was top quality and good variety. Staff was lovely and made you feel welcomed, always smiling. Location is good, close to all 5 starts hotels in Hivernage like Nobu and Sofitel Marrakech with great rooftops and restaurants so you don’t have to go all the way to the medina in order to have a good time.

Rooftop pool was a bit dead. Bartender was never there and they also don’t serve alcohol, only at the restaurant downstairs so I guess just prefer to hang out downstairs….

Fabulous stay from the start all staff were polite and really welcoming, helpful and really brilliant throughout the stay. Reception staff were helpful with directions and gave us a map plus loads of valuable tips to stay nice a safe as two female travellers. Staff in breakfast area were super too, attentive and just happy in general with great smiles! Service is super quick and food/drinks were great! Everything is clean there just the moment you walk in. Downstairs spa area and pool was beautiful and upstairs is amazing, staff always about to help if needed. Layout was good and towels available by both pools which is handy. Overall, wish we had another few days here, amazing city, lovely people and 5* hotel!

I loved the property couldn’t say a bad thing about it.

All the staff members were so friendly and so helpful. The property was very clean and the rooms were cleaned regularly. The owner of the hotel was present at check in and upgraded my parents which was so nice! The breakfast was very delicious with a range of options and the terrace area is really nice to sit and eat in. The hotel wasn’t too busy which was ideal as it was quite peaceful. The spa was also wonderful and offers a range of treatments. The hotel location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby.

The warm welcome on arrival set the tone for a fantastic visit; the reception staff were helpful and friendly. We ate many meals in the terrace restaurant, enjoying the fresh air and the ambience of other diners. The waiting staff were always en pointe, with a great team working behind them; the food was all of exceptional quality. The Hamman visit is a must; the indoor pool and relaxation area offered by Moroccan tea and Majool dates only began this amazing experience. The ladies in the Hammam worked tirelessly as our bodies were scrubbed, oiled, and left to rest in the sauna before experiencing hair and body soaping, more scrubbing and washing down before a fabulous massage and being left to cool down in a lukewarm hot tub. We also booked the package, including 60-minute massages which were the perfect end to the Hammam visit. The hotel location is central Hivernage, set on a wide boulevard with other hotels and cafes all with abundant beautifully manicured trees and plants. It was calm and very clean, yet only a 15-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Madina. Visit the roof terrace for a pretty rooftop drink and the opportunity to relax by the pool on the most comfortable sun loungers, again with waiter service for drinks and food. Alcohol is not served in this hotel; we were totally comfortable with this.

The toilets, like every establishment we visited, were very dark, I guess it is a cultural thing. You need your phone light!

The room was always beautifully clean and the girls (Fatima and Ghazala) very helpful and friendly. The welcoming team on Reception were great and together with the rest of the staff, provided a wonderful experience.

It should be clearly communicated that if you take breakfast in your room (which should have been part of our room rate) it is chargeable. We were not expecting that. The fact that the hotel does not serve alcohol is not visible anywhere on the Hotel's details, as far as we could see. This could be a game-changer for some guests.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Youssef at reception always had a smile and hello and greeted me each time by name. The restaurant staff were very accomadating and helpful and the food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. Housekeeping was superb. Our room was always kept spotless by Fatima who even left a towel swan with those petals on valentines day. She was very thorough with cleaning and always friendly and helpful. A thank you to Hannah and Sara for a wonderful Hammam experience. It was exceptional and an experience we will always remember. I loved the comfortable beds and style of the bedrooms and decor. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting marrakech- so close to the Medina.

Facial in the Spa

All in all, a good hotel. Extremely friendly staff but we experienced this throughout most of Morocco Loved the attention to the rooms as staff would come 2-3 times a day to top up coffee/ water bottles and towels. we used the massage & spa facilities. One of the best places I’ve had a massage in. Right in the center of town… faces the main high street… We had everything nearby (clubs/ bars / restaurants/ casino, yet once we closed the double glazed windows… all street noise would be completely silenced. All in all… 5 stars Their hotel restaurant also served really good food, although it was slightly expensive but we expect this from hotel restaurants/ bars Roof top bar & pool give you a lovely view to the medina and you can see the mountains on clear days… we would eat up there late afternoon and chill in the pool for hours

The decor, the breakfast was delicious and a plentiful portion, the location was perfect in Hivernage, we could walk to Jamaa al Fina within 20 minutes. The staff were great, the room was great, including the toiletries. I would come back again for sure!

The spa is overpriced sorry to say! For the same treatments in the other more traditional Hammams closer to the medina, Jadali are charging double! So that is the only con, the gym is also very average but served its’ purpose for quick workouts! Also the rooftop pool is great but they need to have a staff member positioned there all day, when it was busy they were hard to find for like 30 minutes sometimes so we took it on ourselves to use the phone behind the bar to call for drinks/food.

The entire hotel is just fantastic, the ambiance that architect has created a very hygge atmosphere as the danish design instruct. The staff are out of any scores, they are more than fantastic, professional, helpful and with huge smile on their beautiful faces. Can't wait to come back to this hotel and enjoy again a wonderful stay. The food also is great for breakfast, but nothing special for dinner. Ah shouldn't forget about the SPA whish was a great surprise and very relaxing atmosphere and very good massge provided by high end experts, thanks to Yanty and Meriam! Keep going on your success 🙌

Dinner at restaurant by night. Bathroom should have a shelve in the shower for amenities and should have a door as well as the toilet and also a more effective extraction of air.
