Perfect location, amazing breakfast and beautiful rooms. Also a really big roof top pool area with lots of space and delicious mocktails. Spa & massages were excellent too

Beggars who pretend to be parking night watch infront of hotel kinda force you to pay them everytime you drive away. But that’s an issue in whole Marrakech. Still very uncomfortable to deal with every day though. In the night, you hear the super cars give gas and all, it didn’t bother us but we can imagine some people might have difficulties sleeping

Everything was perfect.

As a 5 Start Hotel I would have liked to have been able to have a cocktail with my dinner or in a small intimate bar area. I also thought that a buffet breakfast would have been nice for anyone who wanted a change or was in a hurry.

The breakfast staff and the housekeepking team were really nice, Hajar at the front desk was nice as well, and thier shower gel in the room smells divine and is of great quality.

There was a stain on one of the towels, it should have been quality checked for a five star hotel, like if there is stains, then bin them or burn them, also there is a weird smell in the room could be drainage, and also the upstairs corridor, not sure what it is, the outdoor pool, needs to have more water it’s too small and the indoor pool is too small as well. Unfortunately while checking out in the morning, one of the staff members while taking my luggage outside dipped it & fell inside a dirty puddle, while it was an accident, it’s still not good enough, he should of taken extra care while handling, guests suitcases, it was very expensive which is why I mentioned it, if it was cheap I wouldn’t care.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with lovely balcony. The rooftop area was a perfect spot to unwind, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was simply gorgeous—flavorful, beautifully presented. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from many great bars and restaurants. Everything about my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a prime location.

Breakfast included in stay was very tasty, however it remained the same each day, which made it feel a bit repetitive after a few days.

My husband and I had a truly delightful experience during our recent stay at Jadali Hotel & Spa. As soon as we arrived via taxi, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who promptly opened our door and assisted us with our luggage, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. We arrived earlier than expected and planned to drop off our bags to explore Marrakesh. Surprisingly, the staff informed us that our room was almost ready. This unexpected perk allowed us to head to the dining area for a lovely breakfast. Our room was prepared by the time we finished our meal, allowing us to settle in and freshen up before heading out. The room was an ideal size for the two of us, exuding a cosy yet spacious feel. The housekeeping staff was remarkably attentive, coming around two to three times each day. Every time we returned to our room, it felt brand new as everything was impeccably tidy and neatly folded, and the bed had been freshly made. We were also treated to fresh towels daily, along with little pastry and complimentary water bottles, which added a special touch to our stay. Dining at the hotel was delicious, with every meal bursting with flavour, showcasing local cuisine and international favourites. One of the highlights was indulging in the Hammam experience, followed by a full-body massage. It was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to unwind completely. Service throughout our stay was simply outstanding. The staff members at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, always ready to recommend dishes or help with anything we needed. Similarly, the front desk personnel were always available to assist with any inquiries, and taxi drivers recommended by the hotel to take you where you needed to go. Overall, our stay felt like a genuine retreat, leaving us with cherished memories and a longing to return.

The only minor issue we encountered was that we could hear multiple doors slamming. Additionally, the restaurant staff occasionally misunderstood some of our requests, as they were more fluent in French than in English.

It's a very nice hotel and the staff did everything to make me feel welcome! The room was also great and comfortable. Additionally I'd like to mention that for breakfast the hotel was able to provide a very nice gluten free breakfast, which is not a given at all but much much appreciated! The location is within walking distance to many of the attractions but not right around the corner. I personally loved the location because it was a bit more quiet and relaxed.

I only have two remarks for improvements. The main one is the gym. It is alright but in my opinion doesn't match the standard of the rest of the hotel. For cardio there a few good options but for weight training for example a bench would go a long way. The other thing is parking. I kind of was expecting a specific hotel parking area but it is basically street parking. I never had problems finding a spot within very short walking distance but I think it should still be mentioned.

This was my first time in Morocco, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff and people in Marrakech made my trip so memorable that I’m now back in the UK with a strong desire to visit every city in Morocco, thanks to their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible range of activities to enjoy. The breakfast at Jadali Hotel was superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind, always going above and beyond. Not a single staff member was anything but polite and helpful. The cleaners did an outstanding job, keeping the rooms and the entire hotel spotless, adding personal touches that made my stay even more special.

Nothing - everything was fabulous!

The service from Moroccan employees was perfect, I had an issue in the shower for water pressure and they sent me a technician in less than 5 minutes that fixed it, same after asking for iron I got it in my room in less than 5 minutes, perfect value for money in a 5 stars hotels in Hivernage area, near to all fancy restaurants and city center (Gueliz & Medina). We didn’t get any thing from spa but we were inside and it looks very luxurious, especially the pool with Moroccan lights.

Small thing but only playlist in pool is like 3 or 5 songs on repeat mode all the day, radio would be definitely better choice

Modern, new and with a sophisticated design. Breakfast was top quality and good variety. Staff was lovely and made you feel welcomed, always smiling. Location is good, close to all 5 starts hotels in Hivernage like Nobu and Sofitel Marrakech with great rooftops and restaurants so you don’t have to go all the way to the medina in order to have a good time.

Rooftop pool was a bit dead. Bartender was never there and they also don’t serve alcohol, only at the restaurant downstairs so I guess just prefer to hang out downstairs….

Great location, beautiful rooms and rooftop. Rooms - very modern, housekeeping service excellent, always extremely clean! Roof top - amazing design and the view. Could be more sun loungers for busy period ( as if there are 3 families other guests needs to sit on the chairs around the tables and slightly warmer pool would be a bonus. Breakfast, same menu every day, which could be annoying for longer stay, even after second day we felt that we would like more options. However we requested yougurt and it was available. Also, it was lovely cake suprise for my birthday. Spa - spa is very spacious and massage was good. Concierge - we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and cookies that was very thoughtful. There was some struggle with communication regarding tour payments (we wasn’t inform we need to pay cash) taxi(concierge explained taxi where to go, he went to wrong description and we needed to pay double and use our mobile data to explain after and restaurant reservations ( we asked to book a restaurant at 7.30 and only in the evening after 6pm staff said our booking is moved to 7pm. we rushed to get to restaurant and they said it was booked for 6.30 and we are late, thankfully after bagging we got a table for limited time) that we noted back and received apologies from the staff but I would expect more clear guidance and extra mile service.
