the only thing which I did not like in the rooms was there was no water pressure so if I have to clean my self need to use the shower

CHAIMAE during my stay I had a standard room with an amazing view of the sea, when it came to change my room they informed me at 3 pm while I was waiting like a headless chicken she got me coffee and a couple of Moroccan snacks they were so delicious, she always knew my requests even I had a lot of requests but always smile and gave them to me and while her duty finished she made sure that my room was ready and checked in and then left from work, when you come to the check in desk she always makes you feel home and happy trust me she is the most friendly person you ever meet and made me smile and laugh and always had time for the guests no matter what and I appreciate her patience and time

the only issue was without a water sprinkler in the room

All the staff were very helpful, supportive and smiling all the time. Ms. Asma at the reception was exceptionally helpful, a BIG thank you! The entrance had minimum steps to enter the Hotel, specially if you are traveling with special needs family member The rooms and bathrooms were clean, above average in Morocco Carrefour was only steps away and Paul café was very near as well

The area was a bit noisy, specially at night as loud music is played in the Hotel restaurants and if you are on the lower floor, you can hear all the noise on the street. Recommend to have noise proof windows on the lower floors. The entrance to the elevators area is with limited space. Recommend to have a dedicated individual to organise the crowd more effectively during peak hours.

The location is really good everything is near by, cafes, restaurants, park, shops and so on. The staff are sooooo friendly and very helpful. The room size is fine not bad at all and the bed really comfortable (take my advice, try to take room on the park side). The bathroom, it is very good but has no water for WC. The beach is not far away. Also, try hammam there it is amazing.

Only 2 things I didn't like about this hotel and it makes it really too bad. First, is theopen bar in the reception, which I see really a big mistake. We have children and people drink there and smoking too. That really made me angry. Second, they do not have non smoking area in the lounge and restaurant. I can't believe it that they let any one smoke there although there are an open area outside but it is all same. The admin should do something about that.

- Ate at the restaurant had one of the tagines - not very nice

This is the 2nd visit although only for one night. The receptionist made me feel so welcome and asked about my wife. My previous stay was for 17 nights and can highly recommend as the Reception staff always will go out of their way to assist you. Unfortunately have misplaced the lady who assisted my wife (Riana) on my last visit, and would highly recommend her for the services she gave.

We had a very comfortable day and night in the hotel and there is nothing to complain about! There is parking garage for free, the hotel is very close to the beach and the ocean and in the middle of the beautiful city Mohammedia at the same time. The pool is very nice and the breakfast ja a lot of varieties.

It could be very loud as there is a bar on the ground floor. We were on the sixth floor, so there was no problem but when you are on the first, second, third floor it might be really loud until morning.

Especially so many thanks tı Chaimae for her wonderful attitude and service. She made our journey excellent! Definetely come back here for next time.
