In an American context, this is a solid 2.5 star hotel. It was entirely fine to stay at. It's not in central tourist district but I was fine with that as there is close by access to two beautiful parks and I had a 3-day transit pass.

The speed of the WiFi could definitely be upgraded. The quality of the beds & pillows could use some improvement. Also, screens on the windows would be super useful as I was bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes in my room.

not very clean on the floor, but they did tidy up and give us fresh towels every day. the staff was VERY friendly, all of them. especially on reception, everyone was so nice to us. location is great if you buy the online tickets for tram/metro because three stations are really close.

its close to a big street so its noisy if you dont close the window.

Quiet location and only a couple of train stood from Amsterdam Centraal. very friendly staff and good size rooms especially for this part of Europe. we intentionally looked fir a place with rooms that had a bit more space, and this ticked the box well. If you want a bit of space and some quiet the extra effort of being a couple of train stops away from Centraal is very worthwhile.

Everything, the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's about an hours walk to the city center but there are trams, ask staff or Google maps works fine, if you stand at hotel entrance and look left slightly you will see some stairs, head up and walk down a little and you will see a tram stop.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and there is a fridge in the room. It has a TV and all the usual bits a hotel has in the bathroom, etc. It has a pretty good desk in the room so it's great if you're working remotely or just need a spot to do admin. It's a little far out but I knew that when booking it and the tram is only 5 mins away and it's not too far a walk from Amstelveensweg where there are shops bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has a small restaurant and bar and a vending machine so I you need something you can get it easily enough. All in all a good stay.

The hotel is really not the prettiest from the outside and my room was at the back so it was quite dark. The grout in the shower needed a scrub but I asked the staff and they cleaned it straight away. One housekeeper knocked and immediately entered the room, which I wasn't happy about. I asked her to give people more time to answer. Luckily I was dressed! Towels were replaced even though they weren't on the floor per the 'green' notice.

Great location with just a short walk to the tram to downtown and the train to the airport, and the receptionists were super helpful.

The restaurant was closed for dinner service both nights, so we had to go to the hotel across the street for dinner, the beds were a bit too soft, and the coffee machine did not work properly.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to check-in earlier.

It was difficult to get in touch with the hotel on the phone, or in emails, but finally we managed.

I liked that there is safe private parking. There is very helpful staff and clean nice rooms.

I didn't liked that in the morning breakfast when we asked for bacon and eggs, staff told us that there is no beacon, but later we saw, that they were cooking them.

15 euro a day to park a car in their fenced area, absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel is one tram stop away from Lelylaan train station which is less than seven minutes on the train from Schiphol airport. The hotel is severed by the 1 and 17 tram lines which gets you to all the main areas. The hotel itself is nice and clean and quiet at night.

Breakfast cost a lot for what you get and they took the food away very quickly.
