Property is very stylish, lovely lobby & the pool area is great too. Roof top bar is fabulous! Bed is very comfortable, bathroom lovely and food from the restaurant was delicious. staff are lovely, very helpful in arranging tram tickets, recommendations and a lovely welcome gift on arrival for our anniversary Location: easy to get into city centre, tram 1 or 17 is 5 min walk away. Really easy to get to from the airport via train and then 10 minute walk would definitely stay again

Better attention needed to cleaning.. behind curtains on the wooden window ledge very dusty and dirty. Marks on walls & carpets I always strip the bedding off before leaving … unfortunately when I did this I discovered many dark brown hairs on the mattress protector & stains. On the duvet itself we’re many stains/marks of a variety of colours 🤢 In room coffee tray would benefit from larger, earthenware cups rather than disposable coffee cups which are too small and can’t be recycled.

Everything and the staff were exceptional. Also I’d like to mention I arrived in the bar/restaurant at 21:55, due to travel delays, and the chef still gave me the full menu to choose from and the was on a Sunday. I wish I knew his name to mention him as it was very much appreciated and I imagine very annoying for him. When I return I shall be staying at this venue. Many thanks to the chef and the slag Bol was also exceptional

The bar closed early and there was no alternative some evenings - probably says more about me than the hotel :)

Staff were very warm and welcoming and also very helpful as regards tram tickets etc...nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service , food and high standard of cleanliness .. Hotel close to tram stops and short tram ride to city centre. Very happy with my choice of hotel will definitely recommend and revisiting in near future 😁👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I travel a lot..and was impressed with the level of this 4 star hotel..the location is good to get around..5 minutes walk to tram..10min walk to metro..easy to get to the centre...very clean...the staff are very polite and helpful.. The fixtures and fittings are of a high level..very large bed..extra long too..full breakfast..I'm planning to go to the festival in August..I could stay Close to the festival..but I enjoyed this hotel so much I will return and use the metro...just to add about the staff..the barman (Martin) is so nice polite and helpful...on reception there is Imani...and all the others to be far...what a great team...

I'm a smoker and most hotels are non smoking..but they could make a space for smokers in the garden maybe...

There is nothing to complain.

Good size room, clean, staff were great very helpful when we had questions. The sky bar was nice too. Location was good with trams a few mins walk away and a 20min ride into the centre .

Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Really top quality hotel to stay, amazing fluffy high quality beds, great sunset view, big bathtub, super helpful staff and to-die-for food (I ordered room service, but they also have a restaurant where you can dine in). Great option if you want to feel pampered for a night or two ;)

It's not in the heart of Amsterdam (1 hour walk from the train station), but it's not on the other side of the city either, it's just something to keep in mind. They are close to a beautiful huge park though! Makes you forget you even wanted to go downtown ;)

The rooms were spacious and clean with good bed. Breakfast is very good, a lot of selection of food with excellent taste. As I brought quite huge group of 17 peoples, the check-in process is fast.

We were separated in different floors at the hotel as they only have one Junior Suite room in each of the floor and it's also separated from the standard rooms. Location, although not too far from downtown, still need to use uber to be able to visit downtown and many attraction Amsterdam has to offer.
