During my recent stay in Amsterdam, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Xo Couture that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and straightforward, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was a delight. It boasted a modern design, was impeccably clean, and offered all the comforts one could wish for, including a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a safe. It was clear that the hotel had put a lot of thought into ensuring guests' needs were met with these amenities. What set this hotel apart for me was its exceptional location. The convenience of having Tram 2 depart right from the hotel's doorstep cannot be overstated. This tram line became my gateway to the city, whisking me away to all the central attractions Amsterdam has to offer, making exploration both easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff were remarkable. They were always on hand to assist with any requests or queries, adding a personal touch to their service which made my stay even more comfortable. In addition to the wonderful room and service, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. In summary, my experience was nothing short of excellent. This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam, offering both convenience and comfort. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located at a distance of 10 minutes by tram no. 2, which stops in front of the hotel, from Rjks Museum and 20 minutes from the center! 100 m from the hotel is a shopping center, which also includes a Lidl store, and at a short walking distance, there are cafes, bistros and shops! The rooms are spacious, with carpet on the floor, spacious wardrobe and many storage places! the beds are comfortable, although the pillows are a bit hard... The bathroom is quite spacious, equipped with a shower and cosmetic items. Generous lobby and very varied breakfast. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back!

The hotel was half an hour far away from the city center. There was the tram stop outside of the hotel which was passing from the hotel very often. You could have your ticket either in the machine outside the hotel or in the tram. The tram 2 has always an employee to sell you tickets. They are very helpful. The room was quiet and clean every day.The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed my stay to the hotel and Amsterdam.

I enjoyed everything

Ideal Location for tourists coming to Amsterdam, Tram number 2 stops by the hotel and takes you straight to Amsterdam Central. Single tram ticket 3.5 Eur and day tram ticket 9 EUR. We had an amazing time and I would go back to the same hotel anytime.

All was great

Everything was as expected Top notch ! 👌🏽 Very nice hotel! Tram stop 20 ft from front door was very convenient. Never crowded and the Four day city ticket was great value. Housekeeping everyday and espresso machine and mini fridge in room was great!

Upon check out Desk clerk did not engage w guest (myself) He did not ask if I enjoyed my stay or did not thank me for choosing XO Couture Hotel and told me “check out? Just throw ur card in that box”

The room and bathroom were spacious and amenities were good. We were upgraded to a triple room as I requested for a twin bedder, but they apparently didn't have anymore twin rooms. Location was a little out of the main city area so it's not noisy, and it's well connected by a tram to the central area, which is located right outside the hotel. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch.

The housekeeping was a bit spotty during our stay. There was dust on the shelf above the coffee machine and the machine didn't seem to be cleaned/descaled regularly. One time, the housekeeping staff left used towels, rubbish and an unwashed coffee cup in the room. But it was removed immediately when I informed the hotel..

Excellent location outside of the main centre, tram ride was around 20/25 minutes to Amsterdam Central. Not much restaurant wise around the property, but headed into Leidseplein where there are quite a lot and not super expensive. Tram system super easy to navigate around and a tram stop right outside the front of the hotel was really handy. Around the corner there is a square with a Lidl, Albert Heijn, Chinese restaurant (we didn't try there) and a pizza/kebab place which was average. Brilliant to have a fridge as we went to the supermarket and got bread and cheese and things to make up snacks for later on in the night. Would 100% stay here again.

Not even that I didn't like, but just as a preference, it would have been better with a restaurant at the hotel for evening meal. We went to Amsterdam for tourism and football, when we returned from watching Ajax, we were drained and just wanted something quick to eat and an early night ready for the next day, but we had to leave the hotel to do that.

Easy to check in, breakfast had a full arrange for everyone, rooms was cleaned every day, fresh new towels every day, left our suit cases with reception and collected after we checked out, transport was easy to get to city centre, check out also easy. left item in the room and XO staff will deliver any where in the world.

It would be nice to have a bar in the Hotel, sometimes clients arrive late to Hotel and a Bar to serve drinks and food will be great.

The hotel located at a very good place. There is a tram station in front of it and there is a metro station around 500 meter far. The rooms are well equipped. There are a lot of wardrobe for the clothes. The self check in and check out was well cool. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was enough.

The climate system didn't worked well. We have tried every option but there were only 2 possibilities: ~26 degrees or ~21 degrees. The hand wash soap was in a small tube. It would be better if there would be a dispenser. The room cleaner always removed and brought the room card from the "holder". So there wasn't electricity after that. And she really brought it! So we have to go to the reception to request a new one!

Travelled for a business trip for 2 nights whilst attending RAI. I had room 1104 which is a corner room on the top floor with big windows down 2 sides. It felt like a penthouse suite - I highly recommend it. Big room, nice bathroom and a view. Lovely rainfall shower. The bathroom has a heated floor and heated mirror. Wifi was good enough to stream videos. Had an iron and ironing board. Aircon was very quiet and you can turn it off if needed. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast (€18 extra) was good with cooked food and continental options. They do not offer lunch or dinner (there are basic vending machines), so you need to eat out or get Uber Eats delivery. There are quite a few food places nearby. If you like a dirty burger, look up The Happy Bull (10 min walk). Overall - it was ideal for what I needed and the price was reasonable. 15 mins to airport (€35 in taxi or €22 with Uber) and about the same for RAI. Would certainly use again.

Only minor things. One of the windows allowed some road noise in but it wasn't that bad. The free toiletries are a bit basic. They have a posh coffee machine but only 2 coffee pods and no normal tea. 1 x whitener and 1 x sugar is not enough. I would have preferred just a kettle and tea bags! No real issues though and very minor.
