The accommodation was in the perfect location for all museums, tourist areas and local hangouts including some amazing spots for food. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It had a really lovely kitchen to cook your own food if so desired too which over looked the canal. Iris the Host was extremely welcoming and even offered to give us suggestions on where to go for food / visit etc. 10/10 for service. I'd 100% recommend staying here and I'd book again next time I'm here.

My only reservation would be that the light switch had lost its case but it still worked. Honestly was a great stay and really clean.

The location was perfect, it’s right on one of the canals which was lovely to wake up to. It was close to the town centre and in walking distance to most attractions. I loved the decor of the apartment and felt it was spacious and had everything we needed. We had access to a shared kitchen which we didn’t really use but the option was there. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with the heating but this was resolved quickly after a conversation with the owner. The only other slight inconvenience was that the bed was actually 2 singles and my partner kept sinking in the middle.

Cozy, intimate and small apartment. Liked the living room space apart from the bedroom. Great location.. a close walk to the 9 straatjes, het Spui and trams. Very charming neighborhood.

It’s small, which for one person was comfy… might feel tight for 2 people. More so in the context of storage for luggage and having space to open suitcases and store them.

Everything but specifically the location, great value for money compared to other options I could see.

The bathroom roller door need to be fixed and although it wasn’t an issue for us in April I think it could get hot without aircon in Summer months but generally a great value for money accommodation option that I will be recommending to anyone going to Amsterdam!

Location- it's right smack in Nine Streets where everything is happening. The Anne Frank House is also walkable- around 20 minutes. Room- it has a view to one of the canals which is the coolest thing. Boats pass by and it's a lovely sight. The stairs are steep but we were told that's how these houses were built. Iris is very thorough with the directions and very responsive. My son had a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Beautiful, cosy property under a 10 minute walk from bars, restaurants and shops. Really comfy bed, smart TV with youtube and netflix etc. Shared kitchen that you have access to if you wanted to cook/wash up. Lovely view right on the canal, and a fabulous host who was very helpful and accommodating

Nothing - everything was great

The communication from the host was excellent. The access to the room was easy and clear. The room itself was cosy and homely. The location was great, cycling distance from most places and lovely streets nearby to walk to with shops and cafes.

We couldn’t get hot water from the shower on our final day.

The location of the apartment was great. Being on one of the main canals , easy walking distance to many aspects of Amsterdam life was wonderful.

The apartment is small. No where to place items …a very tiny wardrobe is the space for possessions. The kitchen is a shared kitchen with the owner. On a very hot day the apartment is airless , as windows are small at the front.

Location is amazing! And the view of the apartment too!

The bedroom and bathroom door were difficult to close, The towels could have a little fabric softener.. And it would be great to add a sponge in the kitchen to wash the dishes.

Lovely short stay. Location was good and the room was clean and fresh albeit small.

The pillows! Also a very narrow flight of stairs to lugg heavy luggage up. Overall a great stay for 2 nights - any longer and we would have struggled for space with all our luggage.
