The location was fantastic . Near everything . Metro to central station only one stop . The staff were excellent .24 hour desk attendance was great as they were so helpful . Kareem and Rossini were the two I had most dealings with and their advice was very helpful . I felt safe in this location as a solo traveller .

I have no reason to highlight any issue as the staff and location were vital for my short break . I slept very well . It was very good value . Reviews highlighting negatives can put people off .

Everything was amazing! Im happy i found this hotel for a good price. The room was big enough, the bed was really comfortable, its was not noisy at all like is written in the comments, the lift was working so we didnt have any problems. Thanks a lot for everything. Definitely, we will stop only here when we come again.

Unfortunately, there is no shampoo and shower ger. We had only soap, and we should go out in the middle of showering to take some soap, and this was very uncomfortable. Afterwards, we bought a shower gel. The door from the shower cabin was not that strong, so all the bathroom was full of water. This wasn't a big deal, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

We had a basement room that didn't have a window but it was so snuggly had a amazing sleep beds was comfy I was actually surprised. It was a small room with double bed with a bathroom connected what had a nice shower its good location and walking distance to all the main part of central amsterdam right near all the coffee shops resturant and attractions simple to get everywhere u would want to also really easy to get to and from the airport short train journey staff was super friendly rooms was cleaned daily had smart tv with netflix ect.

There wasn't anything that I disliked to be honest was a decent little room.

Absolutely loved the location, staff, comfortable room, shower was great and we had lots of privacy. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and the reception staff were very accommodating. Room decor was nice, nice lighting and very quiet a night for a good sleep. 100% I would stay again.

Not a deal breaker, but the pillows and mattress were very old and stained. Pillow protectors are needed. I would recommend a do not disturb sign for housekeeping to prevent them coming into the room when I don't require them. The hotel was great, though, and I would recommend it for a budget friendly Amsterdam trip! Thanks for having us. We will be back.

The location was ideal right in the centre of the centre , the staff were all really polite and helpful to anything we required. The room was cosy , clean with a beautiful view of the busy street below.

Possibly a kettle in the room would of been better , it’s not to much hassle to go down to the reception to get a hot drink from the machine also there is a microwave that is very handy for warming food up .

the location was great, so close to everything, all major attractions, canal and food places within walking distance. Definitely made the best choice choosing this hotel for the location. the room was clean and was all we needed for our short stay. staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

few bits of the room that could do with tidying up but nothing that actively affected our stay so was not a problem.

Our room was cleaned daily with daily fresh towels. Beds are very soft. My partner loved it. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! XD

We had a window in the center of the building straight to a wall. (kind of a little atrium) No view but at least some natural light.

The location is simply superb. There is an alleyway right next door that leads you into the middle of the shopping street and has a metro station right in front so getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy. Walking distance from all the touristy food places and sights. The room size was also bigger than anything else we found in the area.

We had road facing room and the windows are old wooden ones that are not soundproof at all. Earplugs are a must. I wish I booked the room with a double bed. The twin bed mattresses were very soft and were sliding off the bed during the night. Not the most comfortable sleep.

Best location, not too far from Amsterdam Central Station. Right in the city center, very convenient to walk to nearby attractions. The bed is soft and clean. The room is not too small and enough fresh air to breathe because there are windows overlooking the main street from the 4th floor with a very nice view Although it doesn't serve breakfast, the bar has pretty good free tea and coffee. We have warm water to drink in the cold morning weather.
