The capsules are fairly priced...the facilities...the lounge...the garden area... Location Location Location... However nothing compares to the EXTRAORDINARY STAFF AND TEAM that keep that keep this STUNNING Venue...Up and Running...Soooo verrry Sooothly... Congrats y'all...

Some of the guests were a bit LOUD late at nite... The pods are wood framed...and not entirely sound proof. A fan system within the pod itself may provide the white noise necessary to ' block out ' this very slight inconvenience..

I arrived in Amsterdam after a solo 18-day bikeride down the Rhine and I stayed at 17 hotels on the trip. This was the most unusual in that you basically sleep in a small box. Once you get over the novelty and strangeness of it, it's actually quite nice and Ihad a really comfortable night's sleep. The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean and not crowded, the staff were friendly and helpful, there is a very nice little bar and the breakfast was just perfect. One of the best things about the hotel is the location - you can't beat it. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Amsterdam.

I found this place perfect for my own taste and needs: comfortable and cosy lodging, spotless cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff, excelent location (just a couple of minutes walk to the Concertgebouw and Museums, and about 20 minutes walk to the centre OR 5 minutes tram ride). And we loved the bar, reception and common areas in general. The cubicles are not as small as I was expecting, there's plenty of room in there and they even have a small cabinet for keeping clothes and other stuff. There's a couple of ventilation holes, so the air inside is always renovated. Can't wait to go back there!

We were slightly horrified when we saw the capsules as when I booked the photo on the website was of a small room with en-suite, so the capsules were a bit of a shock. However, the staff were amazing and we entered into the spirit of things and just got on with it. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and attentive staff. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect as we were going to the Vermeer exhibition at the Rijksmuseum. We were two friends travelling together aged 83 and 73 and we had a great time. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a lower room rather than having to tackle the ladder, but we have lived to tell the tale!

Superb staff! Great breakfast! Loved the location. Was able to store carry on roller suitcase downstairs with staff during the stay smoothly! the stairs are narrow and steep to third floor so would recommend travelers to travel light since there isn’t an elevator

Wish hand drying towels/ hand air dryer was available. The bathrooms had nowhere to dry hands besides the hair dryer. For my upper level capsule, i had to balance on the ladder while pulling the capsule door(it opens outwards). Wish there were handles on the side of capsule door I could hold on to.

Centrally located to everything. Good breakfast and helpful staff made the experience really good. Would definitely recommend this to friends travelling.

This went above my expectations! I was expecting a small and stuffy capsule, but it wasn't at all. My friend and I shared a capsule for one night and it was brilliant - comfy matress, air conditioning, suffused lights and a higher ceiling than I thought. They even gave us towels and provided body gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The shared bathroom was lovely, clean and bright. The young lady who welcomed us was super lovely and I regret not asking her name to write it here and compliment her. Super kind and patient, and gave really good advise on what to eat for dinner. Finally, excellent position close to all museums! We had tons of fun there, so would highly recommend.

It was a lovely place and at convenient location for Amsterdam sightseeing. Despite it being a capsule hotel, they went all the way towards making it feel homely and comfortable. The facilities were clean and aesthetically furnished. The capsules themselves had customizable lights and an inviting decor. The capsule was wrapped in light colored textured walls with some Amsterdam cityscape imagery. The bed was extremely comfortable, and sufficiently wide and long; there were no compromises on the bed size. I'd say it was extremely cozy rather than claustrophobic, and all these factors made that difference. It is clearly not meant for the guest to do anything but sleep inside the capsule, and nice spaces are available to work, play, socialize, and eat in the common areas. They also had bike rentals available!

I would alert anyone coming to stay that check-in took some time. I had to wait for about 10-15 min for other guests before I was attended to. And the common bathroom was in cleaning when I came, so I had to wait another 15 minutes for that. I don't fault the hotel for any of this, but this did add up to valuable time lost from my very short stay in the city. Also, another advisory - there is just enough space for perhaps a small carry-on and personal item in the single-bed capsule I stayed in. I am not sure how they handle larger luggage - that's something worth calling them and checking about. Overall, a great and cozy stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from the very beginning to the end. The place is spotlessly clean throughout. The decor fresh and has a boutique ambience to it. Much more so than we expected. The 'pod' was compact but in no way claustrophobic and the bed was extremely comfortable. Navigating into and out of the 'pod' was a fun experience given we are both in our late 50's and are accompanied by the aches and pains that 40 years of physical work inflicts on the body, but seriously it was fine. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We added breakfast to our stay and whilst the offering was okay it could have been better. The biggest shock and the reason I can't give it a 10 was that only one rather small cup of coffee was included in the price. As an avid coffee drinker that was a shock and I don't think I have ever stayed in a place where that was the rule.

This place was adorable. The lobby/breakfast common area was so thoughtfully put together with a beautiful atrium off the back to sit in. The pods themselves were very pleasant and comfortable. The shower rooms were unreal, unlike anything i’ve had in Europe before. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was absolutely lovely, kind and attentive. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day. Liked the bands for keys, very easy to use. Easily walked around all of the historic center and nearby neighbourhoods. Highly recommend for a unique and pleasant stay in Amsterdam!

Only suggestion we’d have is more hooks in the pods, we weren’t able to hang up our wet towels and coats etc. with only one hook each. Couple of command strips and these things would be perfect.
