Efficient check in and out. Attentive front desk. Room was comfortable but warm. Non street side was far more comfortable (had a room on that side for one night).

Coffee was free but yech. Other than that all was good. Bathroom very cramped in the twin with door closed.

Great location and the room we had was as described. Basedd on the reviews we were worried about bed bugs and noise from other rooms but neither of those were present in the room we stayed in.

Facilities wise, the safe was locked while opened meaning we couldn't use it and it had no fridge or air-conditioning which meant you had to have a fan on all night (2 were supplied in the room) with the windows open being summer. Road/people waking noise is there but was mostly drowned out by fan.. The room was only very quickly cleaned, toe nails, coffee cups on the ledge out side and other bits and pieces around the room showed it was done with out care. The sheets all had stains on them but most stains were tucked under the mattress so you couldn't see them. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable, square and lumpy.

It was very standard. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and linen was clean and fresh (on arrival). The bathrooms were a little grubby. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't change the bedding during this stay, which I expected, if you pay a nightly rate the room should be as you check in every day. tea making facilities were limited but okay, there was a small fridge. We had a triple room with my husband and daughter, it was cramped but okay if you are just using it as a base to sleep and not wanting to spend to much time in the room. I wouldn't particularly say value for money considering the above but the location was okay. Would I book again? Possibly?

The bathrooms were grubby and the bedsheets didn't get changed during our stay. Better tea and coffee making facilities would be good.

Loved the location. Perfect setting next to Vondelpark. Just far enough away from all of the noise of the downtown core but close enough to still experience it.

Better ventilation in the bathroom would be nice. I loved the breeze through the window but I didn’t see a way to control how far it swung open. A strong gust of wind blows it right open. I didn’t like that the mattress topper kept sliding off to the one side of the bed but overall it was still comfortable.

Room on small-side. Including shower. Location excellent for museums and smart shops. Breakfast was a copious buffet catering to all tastes. Staff always agreeable. Very convenient access by tram to central station and points of interest including boat trips. Hotel good at calling taxis. Wonderful Indonesian restaurant further down same road. Also nice friendly restaurant ‘Small Talk’ 10 minutes walk away.

Decor could be more welcoming. All very grey and neutral. All the guests seemed happy. Very multicultural clientele. At least nobody could be upset with the wallpaper!

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The hotel is great value for the money, everything was clean, service was prompt and the location is prime. If you know you’ll be out and about all day, this is a sensible choice where you know you’ll be comfortable at the end of a long day exploring!

Wish there was shampoo and conditioner in the room and possibly AC for the one evening it was warm.

Great location in the Museum district, only a 10 minute walk to the Rijks Museum and another 10 minute walk into the Amsterdam Center. The hotel is great value for money, we opted for the family room so that we would stay together as a family.

There was no refrigerator in the room, the replacement had been ordered but had not been replaced. The staff did offer to store cold items for us in the kitchen.

Stayed here quite a lot now - location is perfect for us as we do a fair amount of cycling and it’s situated conveniently for many routes . The city is handy but there are plenty of ameneties close by and we always hire our bikes here - simple hassle free and reasonable prices

The location is perfect both to reach the main museums, parks and city centre too. There are not many things to do in the area itself (other than expensive boutiques) though. Also the bed was comfy and the room was very clean and quiet. It was a very good value for money.

There was not much space to stand and luggages. Also the bathroom was small and definitely requiring some little maintenance. However all was working well.
