The hotel was great and very grand! But couldn’t help with sightseeing tickets into the amazing museums, If they could have tickets reserved for their in-house guests.

The room was spectacular. I loved the neighborhood not so commercial feeling but close to everything. The bar has by far the best specialty cocktails. Service was very slow at the bar/club. The staff was so accommodating. My favorite hotel I've stayed in!

The service was extremely slow in the nightclub bar!! I would have had a second drink but I felt I couldn't wait a half hour to get service. The best cocktails I've ever had. They make the best cocktails.

If you want to have feel like a home in the middle of Amsterdam than welcome to this great pleasure. There can not be a comment regarding the location of the hotel. Greater than great. Most famous museums and shops are just 2 minutes. The lobby which is known as "unofficial living room of Amsterdam" is definifely correct. We had met with our friends especially in there and had wonderful moments. Rooms were very good and I had the best of best ever room service and housekeeping services during my stay. Everytime I came in my room I felt that I am entering as like first time. There is night exclusive service for preparing you to the sleep as well. The bathroom design and ammenites are gorgeous. Etro products smells fresh and qualified. I feel very unfortunate i didnt have chance to use spa services but noticed very detailed menu on last minute. Breakfast was good.

There is a refrigrator noise in the room. Breakfast could be developed a little more as buffet.

Everything! I bid for the upgrade and got the room that I originally eyed on. So it was a bargain. We checked in early but got complimentary drinks for waiting! The place itself is a work of art, spending the whole day in the hotel on raining day was not bad at all. The staff was helpful and super nice.

The TV. You cannot cast from your device unless you have an apple tv installed. And the apple tv was not working smoothly.

The hotel is very beautiful!! We have duplex room and it is quite cool for us 3, my son has his own privacy and his own bathroom and same as my husband and I. I think that is the best part!! Also, they provide fresh fruits every day which is great even though there are alway banana, grape and apples.

House keepers always forgot to bring enough water for us. They suppose bring three bottles in the morning and three at the evening. When we came back room after dinner, we asked more then they always ask questions… Do I need to go through this tiny things when we are staying at 5 star hotel?

Impressive architecture of the hotel and wonderful staff members. The best hotel to stay at if you plan to visit museums and go to concerts at night at the Concertgebouw.

The lounge menu could use a little improvement.

* Amazing helpful staff. * Great design of building and very spacious rooms.

* Many issues in room build. Bathroom rooms get stuck, AC thermostat falls apart, Toilet flush not working. * Beds can be more comfortable. * Location not the best.

Marvelous staff who went way out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant experience. Notably, we especially appreciated the care and compassion of the manager when my wife was injured getting off the boat.

The staff was very professional. During the first night we had some neighbors that were very noisy, preventing us from sleeping until early in the morning. The staff showed a lot of care, relocating us to a different room without any complications what so ever. A big thank you to the Guest Relations Officer, Selena, for taking good care of us during our stay. Great location next to the main museums, the city center is easily reached by foot.

We had an incidence with some noisy neighbors, but this can happen at any hotel.
