The apartment is top notch! All appliances were working, there was no need to take a full suitcase of clothes since we could clean them. Very well located, we didn't even had to use bus or metro to get to the city center.

Our apartment was in the top floor with wooden beams in the ceiling and the top part of them was full of dust, This created a problem with allergies during our stay. I would advise to procure a method to clean them on a regular basis.

Wonderful property and would definitely recommend booking! Got the most spacious and clean studio apartment with a wonderful view of the canal outside. The staff were so helpful and accommodating with check in/out and bags. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed, including toiletries/hair dryer/ fan/ ironing stuff/ tea and coffee etc. There’s a free gym on site and the studio itself was great with a spacious living room area/kitchen and bedroom + bathroom (with two tv’s). Property is close to the metro and trams (under 5 min walk) and has lots of lovely things to do nearby. Honestly couldn’t fault it at all and will 100% be booking again for my next trip to Amsterdam. Definitely worth the money and was a lucky find.

I highly recommend this fantastic place. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to everything, including cafes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Artis tram station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being centrally located, the area is really nice and quite. The apartment is modern and so comfy, truly feeling like home. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen appliances. While some apartments don't have a washer and dryer, there's one available on the premises for shared use. Note that the apartments don't have air conditioning, however, it wouldn't be needed if you are planning your visit for before the end of July or after the first week of September. The staff are attentive and friendly, making it a very welcoming atmosphere. Don't miss the beautiful hidden garden—it’s a lovely spot to discover. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Nothing!

Apartments were well-equipped and, overall, clean and smart. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea, coffee(Nespresso) & sugar in kitchen plus cloths, liquid for washing up and capsules for dishwasher. Kitchen equipment/utensils in good condition (looked barely used). Bathroom had ample good quality soap/shampoo/conditioner. Large supermarket (AH) only about 5 minutes away and can easily be included on your route into/out of centre of town. Quiet location a bit away from the centre but Amsterdam is a great city to walk around anyway.

Nothing really. The drains in the bathroom gave off a bit of a smell which permeated the living/kitchen area. We had to change rooms (for other reasons) and the second room, next door, was fine.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I found that my original room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to an exterior door. I spoke to staff and they were so understanding and offered to move me to another room which was perfect. Any questions you had they were so helpful. It’s a beautiful building and quick walk to metro to get anywhere else in the city.

The room definitely got a bit warm. Europe in the summer without air conditioning can be a challenge. Staff was kind and offered to provide additional fans. The room had a fan and you could open the window a bit. It’s just the reality of travel this time of year but something to be aware of.

We loved the space of the apartment, the decor which was very pleasing to the eye. Loved the fact it has a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the outlook from the apartment to a canal. It was very close to the tram stop so only a few minutes into The Dam but had a neighbourhood feel. Liked the fact that there were two bathrooms in our two bedroom apartment. It was our son's 21st birthday while were were there and on the day of the birthday they left a bottle of wine and a sweet card for him at the door to our apartment! All class Wittenberg by Cove!

We would have liked an air conditioner. We did appreciate the fact that there was a fan available.

Wittenberg by Cove is unique in my experience offering a well-equipped two bedroom apartment with aspects of being a hotel with round-the-clock reception/concierge. The reception people were uniformly pleasant and helpful both with local recommendations and requests related to the facilities. The apartment was spacious and the housekeeping visits were great. The location is remarkable with museums, the botanical garden, and restaurants in easy walking distance.

This is a difficult question because the facility is So Good. I can only say that one time a request for housekeeping wasn't answered promptly and we got a sincere apology when we asked a second time.

The Property located bear the Artis Zoo and the beautiful Botanical garden, also it's located at 10-15 minutes walk to Rembrandt’s Haus, the hotel was beautifully designed with combination between old and modern architecture and interior design. The apartment was beautifully designed striking the right balance between historical touches and modern design, and with a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, appliances and quite spacious living room.

We've had a 7 nights stay and we were really surprised that the aparthotel offers cleaning of the apartment only if you've stayed longer than 7 nights stay and when we've requested to clean one time the apartment during the one week stay we were informed that we need to pay for it and then Front Desk person informed us on the 6th day to clean which we've found it not necessary anymore as we were leaving the next day, and the aprthotel offers only some few coffee pods at your arrival and any extra coffee pods you need to pay for them, I find such things kind of spoiling the guest experience especially when you pay a significant price for the 7 nights stay

The Wittemburg is in a lovely location. It is a quiet area of Amsterdam but with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The Resistance Musuem and Artis ZOO, oldest in Europe, are steps away. Public transport was easy and close as was a large market. The hotel is quiet and tidy.

Our room was very very hot and it was only in the 70s. I would NOT recommend rooms on the upper floors in the summer. An AC unit was brought to our room and it did cool things off but the mechanism wasn't the correct kind for the windows so didn't work at full efficiency. Housekeeping services were sporadic. Trash was collect two days in a row and then not for three days. We stayed 10 nights. The same was true of fresh towels and additional dishwashing tabs. We had two apartments, a double for one sister and us and a single apartment on the ground floor for my other sister. This apartment was much more comfortable temperature wise and housekeeping was more regular.

The location was perfect - it was within walking distance of major tourist areas, but far enough away that it was quiet. It was also very pretty, and there was still plenty to see/do/eat. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There were also grocery stores close by.

Honestly, this place was nearly perfect for us. We were on the very top floor, so we had got a little winded getting up to our apartment. But there was an elevator, so we were able to take that if we were too worn out.
